EV-Training Areas

I haven't found it that difficult to EV train now that PokeRus and Power items are available to any1 (PokeRus via trade and POwer items via BT).
For sp.attack EV training, I always go to the ghost mansion in eterna forest, where only gastly appear (1 sp.at EV each time, 10 with power item of sp.att and PokeRus).
For other stats, I usually do PokeRadar chains of whatever low level - high ratio appear Pokemon gives 1 EV point in that stat (bidoof for hp, starly/ponyta for speed, etc)

Using that list, you can even seen how many evs each pokemon gives out, so if you want to fight them in the wild, you know where to go.
