EV Training Dragonite in Omega Ruby?

First of all, I'm new to this whole EV thing, but I think I have a basic understanding of it. I'm not trying to compete competitively or anything, but I know when I beat the game that my brother is going to challenge me, so, because he doesn't know about EVs, I'll probably have the edge over him regardless, meaning I'm not picky about the nature or anything. So I got a Dragonite from the event today, and I figured why not make it as good as possible? Here's its info:

Lvl 56
Nature: Naive

Moves:
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Hurricane
Extreme Speed

Ability: Multiscale
Holding a Lum Berry

I was thinking about replacing Hurricane with Earthquake and then maxing out its Attack and Speed, and give the extra EV to its HP or Defense.

What works best? Thanks.

Firstly, it's against the rules of this forum to create an entirely new thread just for a question like this, so I advise you to lurk a bit more and check out the individual rule threads at the top of each forum.

As for you question, the easiest way to EV an offensive Pokemon like Dragonite is to indeed max out its attack and speed stats, so you've got that right. If you need information on what the best EV spreads are for each Pokemon, have a look at our Strategy Dex (located on the home page), it's where we have our analyses of nearly every single Pokemon and give you what we believe are their best sets to use.
