ORAS OU Even Bigger Jaws! [First Ever Attempt at a Team :^)]

Hello, Smogon Forums this is my first time posting here, and I'm relatively nervous as in some threads I see a hammer of judgement passed like it's nothing. But I figured if I don't I won't learn anything!
I usually, when it comes to teams at least, copy and paste. But that's obviously not original and not very fun.

I recently (by recently I mean like a week and a half ago) got into wanting to try this competitively, I've read guides and tips on team making but they're all very vague and not SUPER informative (while some being very much the opposite).

But anyways I know there's gonna be kinks here and there, wrong EV spreads I would assume and so on.
Kind tips welcome!

Here's the team.

Mega_Gyarados.png

Jaws 3 (Gyarados) (M) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate / Mold Breaker
EVs: 88 HP / 220 Atk / 4 Def / 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang

While not the best Mega probably one of my favorites I almost exclusively wanted him in the team purely cause of how he looked, he rips through tanks (for me at least, but my ELO in showdown is super low so.. idk about the high ladder yet! XD)
If someone is foolish enough to let me set up DD I have a very easy sweep on my side. I had tried the more hyper offensive EV spread in 252 Atk/ 252 Spe and honestly am not a fan, he doesn't stay in as long as I'd like so I settled on this other spread I found and can say I like it a good bit, I might tweak it a bit though not sure yet.

Raikou (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

The suggestion was good and it has synergism well with the team, played several games with it in and can say I like it better than what I had before. Not sure about the spread but the Mon all around is better than the last. :^]

Sanic (Excadrill) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Ok so clearly I needed a rapid spinner, almost every game I play someone is spending like 6 turns setting up S-Rocks, T- Spikes and Spikes. It's incredibly obnoxious and once I made the mistake of letting it stay and switching in to watch my Mon get ripped to like 1/4 a bar. So gone are the days!
Always have liked Exca and absolutely love it. Especially with Fairy now holy hell this little guy puts in work!

Trap Queen (Gardevoir) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 232 SpA / 24 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Healing Wish

To be completely honest this is the slot on my team I'm not sure about, it used to be a 'Zam but he was...not for me. Something about Gardevoir just brings me in.. :^] But really I enjoy her, get more uses out of her and do well with her more so compared to when I was using Zam. But honestly if anything was to get swapped out on the team first it would be this Mon. I just felt I needed a good SpSweeper since I'm kinda lacking with Manectric.

TrixRabbit (Azumarill) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant
Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Belly Drum
- Knock Off

I absolutely LOVE this Mon set up this way, it's so fun and walls so freaking hard, people exhaust so much to get through it (from what I've been experiencing so far) I enjoy both abilities on him, so I would say for you this is personal preference. I more so lean toward huge power though, so I can hit just a little harder with him. It's also embarrassing to watch him eat a Tbolt from someones Sp Sweeper and then rek him into the ground. x'D

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Fire Blast

This mon is new and for the time being I can't really say much about it but after some testing I will be sure to come back and put an appropriate explanation. C:

TL;DR

I started competitive battling a week ago, judge my team but don't be rude please. C:
I tried to do my best to model my post around how everyone else does theirs! If I did anything wrong also let me know please.

Thanks~
'Lax.

What's with all the protect? Anyhow, Gardevoir is bad as a specs user.

Gyrados is Okay, but Taunt might help you Stall-break better

Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace
EVs: 232 SpA / 24 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Healing Wish

This set still is powerful, Moonblast lets it hit Dragon types and is Main STAB, Psychic is secondary STAB, Focus Blast for coverage, and Healing wish is a good support move for when Gardevoir is down in the red, capable of healing anyone. 24 def avoids LO-Latios's 2HKO from psyshock.

Raikou (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Extrasensory / Shadow Ball / Signal Beam

I know about your friends, but use this when your not battling them, regular Manetric is bad, so when you fight them try a similar set with Jolteon. Anyhow, this set acts as a pivot, taking out special attackers, for your coverage move of choice, I'd use Shadow Ball.

Azumarill (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Knock Off
- Belly Drum

This Azumarril is more destructive, and plows through teams Huge Power is the ONLY useful ability for this offensive monster, multiplying its ATK by 2. 92 HP is even allowing the sitrus berry to activate after a belly drum. Aqua Jet is very useful priority, PR is STAB, and Knock Off bypasses Ferrothorn.

Lastly, I think you should replace Sableye with Tyranatar and change Excadrill's ability to Sand Rush.

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Fire Blast

Okay thank you very much for the feedback! I'll give it a try! :) I was thinking TTar before but I just like Sableye too much.x'D I'll sacrifice personal happiness for VICTORY though. :^]

Not bad dare I say, http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-268457643

Gyrados (Gyarados) (M) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP / 220 Atk / 4 Def / 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Waterfall
- Taunt

Trifecta (Raikou) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

Sanic (Excadrill) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Tyranitar (F) @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock

Gardevoir (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace
EVs: 232 SpA / 24 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Healing Wish

Azumarill (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Knock Off

imo replace gardevoir with latias. gives you a fast strong special attacker which also has access to healing wish. i think regular gard is kinda mediocre so latias would work well.

Latias Item: Life Orb
Nature: Timid
72 HP 184 252 Spe

Healing Wish
Psyshock/Thunderbolt
Draco Meteor
Roost

could probably work for you.

Hi SkorelaX, nice solid team dude.
I have just some tips to improve your team, making it more solid. First of all change Gyarados' Nature to Jolly and max Attack and Speed, +1 Adamant Gyarados doesn't outspeed Mega Lopunny. Your team is pretty much destroyed by Mega Lopunny and Bisharp; your only Bisharp check is Mega Gyarados which has Intimidate and it doesn't have any recovery. Rotom-W is pretty annoying, so first of all change put Earthquake instead of Crunch, you need Ice Fang because Tank Chomp is a "safe" Gyara switch in, and you have Raikou to threat Slowbro. I thought on switching Gardevoir to Latios or how suggested to Latias, but that increase your Bisharp weaknesses, and Latwins are not that great Mega Lopunny checks. Instead of Gardevoir I would try Skarmory, which is not Mega Lopunny and Bisharp weak (very common Pokemon in Offense and HO), and with this spread you are not 2HKOed by Draco Meteor from Life Orb Latios and you get 3HKoed by High Jump Miss. A last small change is to change Azumarill, actually there are a lot of BDrum Azuma's check, and it doesn't have a lot of setup situations, so I'd change it to Band Azuma, which works like a wallbreaker and threat Stall Teams.
