this is completely wrong what, what if ecat just threw as town(even though theyve played 8 games according to themself), and ngl it is looking p bad for them, but id say ecat town doesnt necessarily FORCE peum scum, it just makes it highly likely

in fact i would say ecat town doesnt do much to make peum scum, tunneling ecat is a very sound position as town here

once mayor gets into town circulation, which scum are eventually forced to do if they pass it at all, it's likely to stay in town circulation bc town will just give it to their top townreads
whereas if scum never use or pass it, they can stockpile it til endgame
So that when I flip Town, there’s material for my teammates to analyze.
I do think we'd like to know at this stage. There's the chance that revealing mayor is bad for us, but I think with acusations revolving around who has mayor right now flying out we'd like to know.

Celever back me up on this, this really feels like something scum posts to get info for their teammates so they know who to be afraid of or not
The idea that you are trying to get material for town is so contradictory to the first part of the quoted post where you actively hide info from town
I understand probing for information even if they guarantee die. I do it all the time in Survivor. It could 100% indicate fishing for information for fellow scum, but I don't think it always means that.

You’re kind of very self–town-confirmed, and you town-confirm Peum and Celever. I want to know what you think because even if I get voted out today, I think you could be Scum together with Peum.
no i do too but i really dont think thats what ecat is doing here, especially a ecat who got dogpiled d1 and tunnelled d2 and is likely pretty disillusioned with the game rn, especially if theyre town
