1. mafia self passed tracker (an almost useless action) to themselves day one and used their only self pass
or
2. Laurel was tracker and chose to pass it to des in which case des isnt even above randscum

i have a hard time convincing myself that on top of the odds laurel rolled tracker, he, as town, decided to pass it to des with zero reassurance that des would 1. be town or 2. use it wisely
