Introduction
Although we have a lot to thank Arceus for, people and pokemon alike have complained for eons about rare occurences such as:
Critical Hit!
___ flinched.
___ is fully paralyzed.
___ hurt itself in confusion!
Why he teamed with lady luck to create these things that always seem to change the results of battles, nobody knows.
Extended Intro:
While Serene Grace users such as Togekiss and Jirachi (and to a lesser extent, Dunsparce) are obvious appeals to the overseers, there are less common prayers.
Some, such as Honchcrow and Absol, try with their ability of Super Luck to gain the ability to hit pokemon in their nads more often. Where they hit on female pokemon, I am not sure. Others try to confuse their opponents to the point of hitting themselves. (Never in the nads, apparently.) Even more paralyze their opponents into a state of being unable to move.
Now, think of a team that puts all of the most annoying things in the pokemon world together, making a group of pokemon the servants of the creators themselves. They would attempt to make you hit yourself as much as possible, make you unable to move the most amount of times, and make you most of all flinch to your utter demise.
This is the goal of these six regular citizens, to paralyze, confuse and flinch as many pokemon as they possibly can. The effects of this treatment very from person to person, but most end up looking like the picture of the man up at the top of this screen. Tried. Annoyed. Exasperated.
And so I bring you, without further ado (except for the disclaimer), Team Exasperation: The Taming of Lady Luck

Disclaimer
Though the (very) long introduction (basically) states that this team is near perfect, I know it is not. Please state any pokemon you feel could fulfill the role of annoying better than the stated pokemon.
Yes this team is based solely on luck, but there are probably better pokemon than I have listed to appeal to the pokemon gods. Suggestions are welcome.
The Team
Alakazam@Focus Sash
252SpA/252Spe/4HP - Timid
~Thunder Wave
~Swagger
~Encore
~Psychic
Alakazam is the lead for one reason: It is the fastest user of both Thunder Wave and Encore. With these two moves, it can just Twave any lead that wants to set up rocks and then encore the rocks. This forces a switch, which means another pokemon paralyzed.
Pokemon that are paralyzed are very important, as I do not run speed EVs on anything else in this team. 5 of the 6 pokemon here have Thunder Wave, and the only one that doesn't (Togekiss) has Secret Power, which has a 60% chance of paralyzing after Serene Grace. Because of this, speed EVs are near worthless considering I could go for bulk instead.
Although Swagger is a dangerous move on physical sweepers, I use it on 3 of my 6 pokemon because of its ability, after a Thunder Wave, to make it so people can only attack 37.5% of the time. It also allows me to Psych Up the attack boost, which I utilize on both my Regi's.
Focus Sash lets me always get a Twave off on something, which lets either of my Serene Grace users eat them alive.
Regirock@Leftovers
252HP/252SpD/4Def - Impish
~Thunder Wave
~Swagger
~Psych Up
~Rock Slide
There are very few things that have enough raw power to 2HKO any of the Regi family.
On both of my Regis, situations usually go like this:

There are very few things that have enough raw power to 2HKO any of the Regi family.
On both of my Regis, situations usually go like this:
Pokemon uses attacking move
Regi loses anywhere from 30%-60% of health
Regi uses Thunder Wave
Pokemon now only has a 75% chance of attacking
Regi gets ~6% health back from lefties
------
Regi uses Swagger
Pokemon is confused, leaving it with only a 37.5% chance to make the follow up KO/2HKO
Regi gets lefties every time they can't attack
As you can see, the chance of them being able to beat a Regi becomes slim. They are then liable to try and get rid of their confusion, which means I can paralyze another pokemon (It will be a secondary counter, and will rarely do more than 40% to me) and make another one easy bait for my SGers.
Not only that, but check this calculation out:
Registeel@Leftovers
252HP/252Def/4SpD - Impish
~Thunder Wave
~Swagger
~Psych Up
~Iron Head
They thought they were done when they got rid of Rock, but now they're seeing double.
He plays exactly like Regirock, but with a plethora of extra resistances. All the calculations made in Regirock's description also apply here.
Have fun trying to take down a bulky pokemon when you only have a 25% chance of hitting it.
Rotom-s@Leftovers
252HP/252Def/4SpD - Bold
~Thunder Wave
~Confuse Ray
~Charge Beam
~Shadow Ball
You've seen the somewhat common Thunder Wave/Sub set on Rotom, where you rely on a 25% chance of being fully paralyzed to get up a sub and then fire a Charge Beam off. Intead of waiting for a 25% chance, why not make them have only a 37.5% chance of attacking you? You are then free to start letting free Charge Beams and sweeping with a decent STAB type combination.
You can easily get 2 or 3 Charge Beams off with this set most of the time, which allows for some pretty clean sweeping afterward with Shadow Ball.
He also serves as something to eat the ground and fighting moves aimed at the two Regis. He also provides some much needed special attacking.
Jirachi@Leftovers
252HP/252Att/4Def - Adamant
~Thunder Wave
~Iron Head
~Zen Headbutt
~Ancientpower
Yep, the king of hax himself.
Take a moment to bask in its glory.
...
Take another moment to think of its glorious bulk and typing.
...
Take another moment to think of its lovely, beautiful, haxy ability.
...
Take another moment to think of both these with paralysis support.
...
Take a final moment to think if it had all of these, plus confusion support.
...
Bask in its glory again.
...
That's right. After paralysis (.75) and flinch (.4) there is a 30% chance of the opponent attacking. If I'm able to come in on a confused pokemon (.5), the figure drops even further to 15%. Yes, that is a 15% chance of attacking. 15%.
Jirachi is cleanup sweeper #1.
Togekiss@Leftovers
252HP/252Def/4SpA - Bold
~Secret Power
~Air Slash
~Aura Sphere
~Nasty Plot
The Duke of hax.
I won't make you be silent as much as you had to be for Jirachi, but this kid is still dang good.
Air Slash, although with a (slightly) shaky accuracy of 95 makes for a slightly larger chance of the opposing pokemon to attack, allows Togekiss to clean up on anything that Jirachi cannot, along with being immune to ground types, which helps Kiss out greatly.

75% chance of attacking after twave
50% after a Swagger
70% after a Rock Slide
.75 x .7 x .5 = .2625
50% after a Swagger
70% after a Rock Slide
.75 x .7 x .5 = .2625
In other words, after the flinching chance of Rock Slide is factored in, the opponent only has a 26.25% chance of attacking. That is one mean hunk of rocks.

Threats
Not much can take repeated beatings from lady luck herself, but there sure are some things that can annoy the ultimate annoyer strategy:
Clerics
Ground types in general
Limber pokemon
RestTalkers
Toxic Spikes (Regirock at least)
People that burn stuff
Breloom
Fast subbers (Raikou)
Maybe a cleric of my own could help?
Final Thoughts
Wow, you made it this far! That's great! By now you're probably
...Thinking really hard about suggestions. Feel free to post them if you want to improve this freakishly fiendishly evil team.
