evs: 252 attack/252 speed/4 defense
[SET COMMENTS]
Excadrills' Suicide Lead set is mostly used on Hyper Offense teams to be a suicide lead. Typically, you lead Excadrill to get up your Stealth Rock. Along with getting up Stealth Rock, you can also spin away other hazards. Steal Beam allows you to sacrifice yourself when you are at 50 percent or lower so that the opponent can not Defog your hazards. On the other hand, Toxic is an amazing move to have when running into bulkier teams. Being able to Toxic an opposing Mandibuzz or Hippowdown helps you get the necessary damage that is needed for a sweeper on your team. Focus sash allows you to live any hit barring multi-hit moves so you are able to get up your rocks. Mold breaker allows you to Earthquake things like Rotom-H and also lets you set up Stealth Rock against Magic Bounce Pokemon such as Hatterene. Rotom-H is one of the main reasons excadrill runs 252 speed with a jolly nature and it allows it to outspeed things such as Rotom-H, Modest Hydreigon, Adamant Urshifu, Toxtricity, and many other threats. Since suicide Lead Excadrill is mostly seen on hyper offense teams, teammates like Rillaboom, Hawlucha, Dragapult, Urshifu, Volcarona, and Toxtricity are all common teammates. This is due to the support that Excadrill provides as rocks going up is fantastic for the damage output these pokemon have. Any teammate that can provide pressure is a great partner for Excadrill.

[SET COMMENTS]
This set plays the role of being a reliable pivot into things like Calm Mind Clefable, It allows you to safely swap into Clefable even after a Calm Mind. The four most common moves on Utility Excadrill are Earthquake, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, and Toxic. Earthquake is for consistent damage and a strong stab move that hits anything that is not a flying type. Iron Head is good for fairy types and is another stab move this allows you to check things like Clefable, Hatterene, and Togekiss. Rapid Spin is to remove the opponent’s hazards. This move slot could be replaced with Stealth Rocks if you have another way to remove hazards. The last move slot is either Toxic or Swords Dance. Toxic is to help wear down fat pokemon like Hippowdown and Mandibuzz to help in the late game and Swords dance is to boost your attack to break through fat walls. The main EVs on Utility drill are 252 Special Defense and 252 Speed with Jolly nature. 252-speed Jolly allows you to outspeed the pokemon like Rotom-H, Adamant Urshifu, Toxtricity, and Modest Hydreigon. 252 Special Defence is to provide bulk, allowing you to safely swap into special moves like Flamethrower from Clefable or Mystical Fire from Hatterene. This Excadrill is usually seen on more bulky Balance teams. This is due to the immunity to volt switch and hazard removal that bulky Excadrill provides. Pokemon like Zeraora, Toxapex, and Tangrowth are all common teammates. Excadrill has two main counters that are very hard for it to deal with: Mandibuzz and Hippowdown. This is due to both of their bulk being able to tank Excadrill’s moves and hit in return for either a stab super effective Earthquake or a Foul Play.

[SET]
Name: Sand Rush
Move 1: Earthquake
Move 2: Iron Head
Move 3: Swords Dance
Move 4: Rapid Spin/ Rock Slide/ Toxic
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack / 4 Defense/ 252 Speed

[SET COMMENTS]
Using the ability Sand Rush, Excadrill can double its speed with Sandstorm active, and very few things can swap into it reliably, especially after a Swords Dance. The most common moves on this Excadrill are Earthquake, Iron Head, Swords Dance, with Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, and Toxic as options for the last slot. Just like in the previous two sets Earthquake is the main STAB attack. Iron Head is once again to help deal with Fairy types and things that are immune to or resist Earthquake. Swords Dance is another staple on this team because it allows you to boost Excadrill’s attack stat, allowing for it to sweep through teams in combination with the Sand Rush speed boost. Lastly can be one of three moves, depending on the team. The two most common options are Rapid Spin or Rock Slide. Rapid Spin allows you to remove hazards and also get a speed boost so you are still faster than most Pokémon even outside of sand. Rock Slide is more for coverage having a super effective move against flying types like Mandibuzz and Rotom-Heat. Toxic, while not as common, can still be used to catch Pokémon like Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Tangrowth on the switch in if you know Excadrill cannot kill it even if you Swords Dance. The EVs are almost always the same in 252 Attack / 4 Defense / 252 speed with either Adamant or Jolly. Jolly allows you to outspeed Pokémon like Modest Hydreigon, Toxtricity, and Rotom-Heat outside of Sand. Adamant nature can be used to provide a higher damage output, but Excadrill becomes more reliant on Sandstorm being up to outspeed opponents.
Sand Rush Excadrill’s teammates can vary. This set usually runs on Bulky Offensive builds so Pokémon like Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Tangrowth are all common teammates. This is because it allows safe switch-ins to other Pokémon and they can even stall through the rest of the team if Excadrill puts a big enough dent in the opposing offense Pokémon. The most common teammate for Excadrill is Hippowdon because its Sand Stream gives Excadrill the Sandstorm and can even provide Stealth Rock support. Along with that, Excadrill has most of the same weaknesses as the others. The three main checks are Hippowdon, Mandibuzz, and Tangrowth, with other notable checks being Corviknight, Skarmory, Rotom-Heat, and Quagsire, depending on the set.

Sorry to disappoint you, but it isn't ready for a QC check at all. The formatting here is completely wrong; it needs to look like this. Other than that, both the obvious Sand Rush and Mold Breaker utility sets are missing entirely, but they need to be included as they're both more prominent than the suicide lead set.
