Approved Exclude CAP from /as

Incredibly minor but I've seen more people ask what Persistent is and why they can't use it than I have seen people ask how to use /as, it should probably not be included in regular /as searches.

somewhat similarly, i remembered using some comparable command and getting the CAP move Shadow Strike. but i can't remember which. is this a bug that was fixed? because I can't recreate it.
