Duplicate Expiry Times for Room Prizewinners

I'm not sure if this is annoying to implement since it's tied to /promote, but it would be extremely helpful if /roomprizewinner allowed the user to optionally specify a YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM date of expiration. Due to the nature of the rank, most rooms give out RPW on a regular, rotating basis rather than permanently. Staff can, of course, set a separate timer, but it can be finicky to set an accurate reminder that far out -- and forgetting to remove the role can be unfair to other recipients.
