Although it provides next to no defensive utility, Exploud's access to an exceptionally powerful Choice Specs-boosted Boomburst, good coverage, and a Speed tier higher than most other wallbreakers make it one of the most threatening wallbreakers in RU. Bulky Water-types like Mantine and Vaporeon, which are generally good at stopping special attackers, are outsped and 2HKOed by Exploud; in fact, every neutral target in RU except Umbreon and Porygon2 is 2HKOed by it. Exploud's coverage lets it punish the Steel- and Rock-types that resist Scrappy Boomburst; Surf OHKOes Rhyperior while being its most accurate move against Steelix, and Fire Blast 2HKOes Klefki, Assault Vest Copperajah, and non-Heatproof Bronzong. Focus Blast punishes special walls like Porygon2, Umbreon, and Gigalith that can survive two Boombursts. Hydro Pump is an option over Surf, letting Exploud do more damage to Gigalith with better accuracy than Focus Blast. Shadow Ball can be used over Focus Blast to nail Heatproof Bronzong, which can otherwise switch into Exploud multiple times; however, be aware that this means Exploud will struggle to break through bulkier teams due to the inability to threaten Umbreon. A Timid nature is used to outspeed other threatening wallbreakers such as Centiskorch and Jolly Bewear, allowing Exploud to force them out or KO them before it can lose its item or be OHKOed. However, a Modest nature makes it easier for Exploud to break through specially defensive Pokemon like Umbreon, Porygon2, and Gigalith.

Exploud is most effective if brought into battle safely; slow pivots like Flip Turn Dragalge and Milotic are best at performing this task, but other VoltTurn partners such as Passimian, Inteleon, and Silvally-Fairy can bring Exploud in safely if they force switches. Vikavolt deserves a special mention due to its ability to set Sticky Web, letting Exploud outspeed common checks such as Virizion; however, it is important to note that Sticky Web is not necessary for Exploud's success. Fighting-type Pokemon such as Virizion and Scrafty are excellent teammates due to their ability to take advantage of both Exploud's Rock- and Steel-type checks as well as Umbreon and Porygon2. Exploud's impressive bulk means that it often requires a super effective attack to revenge kill it, so Fighting-resistant and Fighting-immune Pokemon such as Galarian Slowbro and Dhelmise help take advantage of these revenge killing attempts. Finally, Choice Scarf Gardevoir is often able to sweep teams after Exploud has weakened special walls and Steel-types with its powerful attacks, so it is an excellent partner. It can also give Exploud a second chance at wallbreaking with Healing Wish.

Although it provides next to no defensive utility, Exploud's exceptionally powerful Choice Specs-boosted Boomburst, good coverage, and a speed tier higher than most other wallbreakers make it one of the most threatening wallbreakers in RU. Bulky waters like Mantine and Vaporeon, generally good at stopping special attackers, are outsped and 2HKOd; in fact, every neutral target in RU except Umbreon and Porygon2 is 2HKOd. Exploud's coverage lets it punish the Steel- and Rock-types that resist Scrappy Boomburst; Surf OHKOs Rhyperior while being its most accurate move against Steelix, Fire Blast 2HKOs Klefki, Assault Vest Copperajah, and non-Heatproof Bronzong, and Focus Blast punishes special walls such as Porygon2, Umbreon, and Gigalith that can survive two Boombursts. The Focus Blast part can defo be seperated from the Fire Blast one. Alternatively, Hydro Pump can be used over Surf to do more damage to Gigalith with better accuracy than Focus Blast. Shadow Ball can be used over Focus Blast to nail Heatproof Bronzong, which can switch into Exploud multiple times; however, be aware that this means Exploud will struggle to break through bulkier teams due to the inability to threaten Umbreon. A Timid Nature is used to outspeed other threatening wallbreakers such as Centiskorch and Jolly Bewear, allowing Exploud to force them out or KO them before it can take damage or lose its item. Swap these mentions, as the order implies that Bewear has means to make Exploud lose its item. I know you meant Centiskorch here, just follow the order of the mons you list. However, a Modest Nature makes it easier to break through specially defensive Pokemon like Umbreon, Porygon2, and Gigalith.

Exploud is most effective if brought into battle safely; slow pivots like Flip Turn Dragalge and Milotie Milotic are best at performing this task, but other VoltTurn partners such as Passimian, Inteleon, and Silvally-Fairy can bring Exploud in safely if they force switches. Vikavolt deserves a special mention due to its ability to set Sticky Web, letting Exploud outspeed common checks such as Virizion; however, it is important to note that Sticky Web is not necessary for Exploud's success. Fighting-type teammates such as Virizion and Scrafty are excellent teammates due to their ability to take advantage of Exploud's Rock- and Steel-type checks. Add that both take advantage of Umbreon and Porygon2 as well. Exploud's impressive bulk means that it often requires a super-effective attack to revenge kill it, so Fighting-type resists such as Slowbro-Galar and Dhelmise help take advantage of these revenge-killing attempts. Finally, Scarf Gardevoir is often able to sweep teams after Exploud has weakened special walls and Steel-types with its powerful attacks, so it is an excellent partner. Scarf Gardevoir can also give Exploud a second chance at wallbreaking with Healing Wish.
