24 hours remain for moves! A majority of us are done, but I do still want to tag a few people who I have not heard from at all - A Golden Waddle Dee BitBitio kakaks TheUltraFinder. I also have heard from J2__PT, Smoshfan2003, and KeeganSkymin4444 and know they're working on their moves, so I won't tag them. Now for a few moves I want to see nerfed... (note that I mentioned Wild Hunt, Stand Guard, Bombardier Spray on Discord already because Cookie Butter and DeinoDNA were there when I had mentioned it)

This move strikes me as something that could very easily end up being very uncompetitive. It's also concerning that this is a better version of a move that is already very centralizing in OU, and although this won't be the same format, I still don't know if I want to take my chances given how much better this will likely be than the base move.

This move seems to be way too strong with breaking. It's not like its base power is super low, which I think it would need to be in order to be a balanced concept, but picking up 2HKOs with this move would be extremely easy.

...aaaand that's about it lol, got over like half the stuff on Discord. You have 48 hours to change the vetoed moves, please let me know once you're done on Discord or I'll redistribute them.

Quick important mention - if you want to change your moves that interact with terrains or weathers to be based on different terrains or weathers that match their type or would otherwise make more sense flavorfully, then that'd be fine. Just make sure you tell me what gets changes so I can update the spreadsheet. With that out of the way, time to start with Abilities and Items! Here's how this will work.

Part 4/5 - Adding Abilities/Items

- Combine the two abilities of a given pair in any way you see fit.
- If the base ability is like Blaze or Grass Pelt that corresponds to a certain type or terrain, well the base types and terrains don't exist anymore, so I've given a random one in its place. Weather would be the same, but we have less than we started with, so I associated Swarm to Hail and Dust to Rain since those were both components for those. For abilities around Sun or Sand, I randomly chose for each.
- You each get one item. Please do not make it broken. Broken abilities are okay but broken items are not, I don't want an item to centralize the format around itself. Any Pokemon can use a broken item, but not any Pokemon can use a broken ability. Keep this in mind.
- Your choice if you want to make it a Berry, a typical one-time use item, or whatever other properties you want.
- Not related but please check the sheet and make sure all your moves are up to date there. A few peoples' moves were left out because they didn't have the right number of physical special or status moves, and I have yet to add TheUltraFinder's just because I hadn't gotten around to it (I'm sorry I'll get to that tomorrow)

In addition, some moves did not get finished in time. The whole list of people did their moves, with a few exceptions. TheUltraFinder and Smoshfan2003 both submitted theirs through DMs so don't worry about theirs, but there's still a few others. I also included some moves that are decidedly broken and did not adequately get nerfed in time. I'm going to be allowing people to get a few extra moves if they really want and take some from this pile. Just so everyone has a chance to take some, you are allowed to submit 3 of these every 24 hours. Once someone takes it, I will cross it off this list and nobody else will be able to take it. Try to do the ones at the bottom of the list after the rest so the people who made these moves can adequately nerf them. You don't need to meet a certain number of requirements for physical special or status, and you can submit a few of these even if you haven't signed up.

Purifier (No Guard, Overcoat)
Effect: All active Pokemon are immune to Powder moves and weather-based chip damage.

Carnage (Moxie, Unburden)
Effect: If this Pokemon loses its held item for any reason, its Attack is doubled. This boost is lost if it switches out or gains a new item or Ability.

Blade Guard (Magic Bounce, Corrosion)
Effect: This Pokemon bounces back status moves. Status moves that are bounced back this way also inflict Bleed on the recipient. The Bleed caused by this ability ignores any immunity to the status.

Dust Cloak (Rain Dish, Water Bubble)
Effect: This Pokemon's Arthopod-type attacks have their BP doubled. While this Pokemon is under Dust, it heals 1/16th of its max HP per turn and takes half damage from Beast-type moves.

Time Warp (No Guard, Dazzling)
Effect: While this Pokemon is active, all moves with positive priority have their priority reduced to 0.

Reformation (Rock Head, Rain Dish)
Effect: While under Dust, this Pokemon ignores recoil damage and heals an equal amount of HP instead.
