Extreme VoltTurn
And you thought a 3 Pokemon VoltTurn core was a lot.

I know troll teams are not supposed to be posted, to answer the thought you may have when seeing this team. This is not a troll team or a bad gimmick, however. Lackadaisically, I thought to myself how well a team of six Choice Scarfed Pokemon all with U-turn or Volt Switch would do. The answer is: surprisingly well. It's impossible for me to say exactly, but this team's record is in the ballpark of 15-3. Due to me constantly having the momentum and my team almost never being revenged (Jolly Scarf Heracross is slower than every member of my team), this team has turned out to be very solid for me.
Thet teambuilding process would probably go here, but I'm sure you can imagine how it went.

Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- U-turn
- Psyshock
- Giga Drain
- Heat Wave
Because I'm going to be switching a LOT, and a Rapid Spinner probably isn't that good on a mono-Scarf team (hmmm... TrickScarf Claydol doesn't seem that appealing to me), I need some way to try to keep any hazards off my side of the field. Xatu is the perfect option, and pretty much the only one, but still, it's a great asset to this team. I have not had any major problems with hazards so far. Besides the mandatory U-turn, the other moves are chosen for the best coverage, although Xatu isn't really an attacker. It still hits decently hard though, but the thing is, I could change this set to a Trick set. Xatu does get its share of KOs every so often, but perhaps dumping a Scarf onto something else may prove to be more useful even though I have a TrickScarfer already. Thoughts are appreciated as always.

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Rash Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch
Because my team has no power-boosting items or capabilities from the get-go, I need a couple of hard hitters, so this is my special powerhouse. The need for a hard hitter was one of the reasons why I opted for the Rash Aura Sphere set so I could get a +SpA nature and a great, powerful coverage move. Everything else is completely normal, as I often use this to just hit as hard as I can off the special side. I don't really think Extrasensory would be all that useful. I think I'm fine with this build since I never really have problems with being outsped.

Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Superpower
- Rock Slide
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
Along the same logic as Raikou, this is my hard hitter on the physical side. This thing is definitely one of my most valuable members and always pulls so much weight. Standard set again but it provides the best coverage and power to compliment Sheer Force and my U-turning. I tend to put the extra EVs in Spec D so HP isn't divisible by 4 and Download users get the Attack boost. Victini could go in this spot. Flare Blitz is actually stronger than V-Create here, but Victini could still be a great option. Or Victini and Darmanitan? That's actually probably not a good idea.

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
Hmmm...mixed thoughts here. Flygon provides nice typing synergetically and my only Ground-type attack. I'm on the fence though. It seems to not be that good, and just when I think I might want to replace it, it does something great. Like nearly everything else, I need to run a +Speed nature due to UU's tough Speed tiers in this range, which is probably why I don't always get the damage output I want. Don't really have a problem with Bronzong because of Darmanitan and TrickScarf Rotom, which you'll see shortly, so I went with Stone Edge over Fire Punch.

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Aerial Ace
What's a mono-Scarf VoltTurn team without Mienshao? Come to think of it, I'm actually not entirely sure whether I should be using Regenerator or Reckless. Anyway, it goes without saying that this thing is great and provides much needed Fighting-STAB. Maybe I should be using HP Ice instead of Aerial Ace (I'd change natures of course). I haven't had that much of a problem with Gligar, but then again Heracross might not be as big of a problem because again, this whole team outspeeds it. Other than that, although this thing is actually rarely MVP, it's pretty irreplaceable.

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Thunderbolt
- Trick
- Volt Switch
I was looking through UU and I didn't see anything that really clicked for me synergetically in the last spot, so how about TrickScarf Rotom-C? Why not. I didn't have any good Water or Grass moves (Timid Xatu's Giga Drain isn't bad, but not spectacular). This is my answer to Cofagrigus and other annoying walls, although really bulky things aren't that much of a problem to this team, or maybe I've just gotten really lucky. If I change my Xatu to a Trick set, maybe Zapdos with HP Grass could go here? Or maybe I could have TWO TrickScarfers, which might work out well too because there are very often two of my opponent's Pokemon that I can severely cripple with a Scarf.
Thanks for the input!
