XY UU FAIL Team

Well, this team was totally inspired by Kingdra. Kingdra is a great Pokemon, and if used well, can make a good sweep. But he needs to be very safe to get on the field, then put that Espeon Yawn to realize it.

Kingdra @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 4HP / 252SpAtk / 252Speed
Nature: Timid
~ Moves:
-Agility
-Focus Energy
-Surf / Hydro Pump
-Draco Meteor

Kingdra, as stated earlier, can make great Sweeps if used correctly. Agility is the main point of it, if you can use one, can spend up Hydreigon Scarf thus eliminating the only one with Draco Meteor. But he assures not to enter the field and take a hit in the face, so Espeon:

Espeon @ Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252HP / 4Def / 252Speed
Nature: Timid
~ Moves:
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Yawn
-Psychic / Psyshock / Dazzling Gleam

Espeon is a great Pokemon for this team. His Ability, Magic Bounce, can prevent the Taunt Sableye and Sticky Web Galvantula, who can fuck with Kingdra. Another reason it is one Support, mainly for Kingdra. Yawn is to make the main threats to leave the field. Dazzling Gleam is to get rid of Sableye and Hydreigon.

Do not worry if you have not the Espeon to prevent Sticky Web, this is a great Spinner:

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252HP / 4Atk / 252Def (0IV Speed)
Nature: Relaxed
~Moves:
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball
-Toxic
-Stealth Rock

Forretress is a trump card for this team, besides being the Defense Wall. It will serve as Spinner and will ensure that no problems with Sticky Web and other Hazards. But it does not serve as Counter to Hydreigon because they use very Flamethrower, which can easily end up with him. But if they preach one Flamethrower, you can switch to Kingdra, and if you're Hydreigon with Choice Scarf, he will be forced to change (most use Choice Scarf Hydreigon), thus being able to use Agility.

Clerics ... What would we do without them?

Florges @ Leftovers
Ability: Symbiosis
EVs: 252HP / 4SpAtk / 252SpDef
Nature: Calm
~ Moves:
-Moonblast
-Wish
-Protect / Toxic
-Aromatherapy

Why not put Blissey?
Florges is much more necessary because, when the subject is Hydreigon, one can not fail to overlook. Florges be a great counter to give us Hydreigon. Besides being a great Cleric and Special Wall. Still, she can not be unprotected:

Darmanitan @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4HP / 252Atk / 252Spe
Nature: Jolly
~ Moves:
-Bulldoze
-Flare Blitz
-Rock Slide
-U-Turn

Well, he will not serve as a "bodyguard" for Florges because we have Forretress for it. It will serve mainly to threaten the enemy team. Why Bulldoze? Earthquake would be better? I personally prefer Bulldoze because he does not get the Racoil of Life Orb and reaches 90 BP (almost reaching the 100), but if you want to put Earthquake, can put.

Now, as a last Physical Sweeper:

Aerodactyl @ Mega-Aerodactylite
Ability: Unnerve ~ Tough Claws
EVs: 4HP / 252Atk / 252Spe
Nature: Jolly
~ Moves:
-Aerial Ace
-Rock Slide
-Fire Fang
-Earthquake

Err ... Aerodactyl will only be a Physical Sweeper, but I believe it comes with a good synergy with the team. He can make a beautiful Sweeper if used correctly.

i would switch bulldoze for either earthquake or superpower

252 Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Darmanitan Bulldoze vs. 128 HP / 0 Def Nidoqueen: 265-312 (75 - 88.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Life Orb Darmanitan Earthquake vs. 128 HP / 0 Def Nidoqueen: 338-398 (95.7 - 112.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
same thing goes for nidoking
hope i helped. You should also have 3 lines for each pokemon

Yo Cornelly, very cool team you have if I do say so myself. The Agility + Focus Energy Kingdra imo is a very dangerous and underrated threat in the UU metagame and with your screen support it looks like it could demolish just about any team.

First suggestion for me is to change up your Florges spread to 252 HP/ 232 Def / 24+. This set gives Florges better overall bulk and deals with fighting types like Scarf Mienshao a bit better which looks like it could do some work to your team.

Next up, I believe that your Aerodactyl set could use some help. Gonna suggest Aqua Tail > Fire Fang, the only thing that fire fang really hits that your other moves don't is Forretress and Bronzong, which is worn down quite a bit due to its lack of reliable recovery. Aqua Tail allows you to hit some pretty big defensive threats such as Gligar, Hippowdon, and Rhyperior which can be quite annoying to your team if Kingdra happens to go down. Another change to your Aero set is Stone Edge > Rock Slide, I understand the argument between power and accuracy, but tbh the power of a raw Stone Edge is too good to pass up. I'll probably have some relevant calc below or something to show this.

252 Atk Mega Aerodactyl Stone Edge vs. 236 HP / 0 Def Mega Blastoise: 144-171 (40.2 - 47.7%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Mega Aerodactyl Rock Slide vs. 236 HP / 0 Def Mega Blastoise: 109-129 (30.4 - 36%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast

Aerodactyl @ Mega-Aerodactylite
Ability: Unnerve ~ Tough Claws
EVs: 4HP / 252Atk / 252Spe
Nature: Jolly
~ Moves:
-Aerial Ace
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Tail
-Earthquake
Hope this helped!
