Fairy pesticide

Hey there everybody, I'm still a little new to this community and the competitive aspect of the game so bear with me xD I've been playing pokemon since 1996 but for some reason I never got on the actual competitive aspect of the game until two generations ago (and even if I did, it was probably just some basic online battles with some teams that I made by looking up strategies) but with the release of X and Y I decided to take this game to a whole 'nother level. Finally 170 hours into the game and I finally got all my pokemons together with at least 2 perfect IVs on all of them and fully EV trained. I already know that this isn't the best at coverage and it's FAR from perfect but I at least tried to build some kind of team that has some stability so I appreciate any sort of advice!

Also I apologize ahead of time if anything is wrong with this thread. I just hope I did everything correctly ;-;
Mega_Mawile.jpg

Name: Mega-Mawile
Item: Mawilenite
Trait: Intimidate/Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpDef
Nature: Adamant
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Play Rough
- Baton Pass
Notes: My Main sweeper to all teams, dealing great damage with Play Rough/Sucker Punch (for speed) with Sword Dance that I can pull off with the great HP EVs and a whopping def stat boost with Mega Evolution. I included baton pass rather than Iron Head mainly because Sucker Punch and Play Rough usually takes care of many pokemons that even include high defence. Why baton pass? Well I think that passing the stat boost gained from SD to my Aggron that also knows various physical moves will sweep a lot of other pokemons for extra coverage. That was something new I included and I tested it a few times however Aggron's speed definitely kills the strategy even with his base 180 def stat.

Name:
Aggron
Item: Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Thunder Wave
- Heavy Slam
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
Notes: Aggron Laggron, head smash Staggron. Lol. I saw a build for Aggron that I found interesting with his head smash capability. Unfortunately because his speed is still not enough to outspeed many pokemons, it makes it really difficult to pull off the headsmash before getting focus blasted across the seas to the Kanto region. However he does pull it off, it does a great deal of damage that is suitable for being my sweeper. I just believe there should be a better way in using him.

Name:
Skarmory
Item: Shed Shell
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
Nature: Impish
- Spikes
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Whirlwind
Notes: Probably the second most annoying wall that everybody face in any battles really. I don't usually put Skarmory as a lead mainly because my Skarmory doesn't have the ability to scout however he is a great damage taker for being so bulky. I usually use him to switch in from physical threats like Aegislash and Lucario. But the usual strategy with him is when he does come out on the field, getting three spikes will become my priority which usually happens in early game. I'm still not quite sure if it's a good idea for him to be a lead but I guess I can cover than when I go over Zoroark.
250px-196Espeon.png

Name:
Espeon
Item: Focus Sash
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 4 SpDef
Nature: Timid
- Calm Mind
- Psychoshock
- Shadowball
- Hidden Power (dragon)
Notes: Super awesome Eeveelution. A pokemon that I rebuilt that I had when I played HG and SS mainly because of its awesome special attack. Psychoshock doing both physical and special attack makes it a sweeper that becomes just as useful as my Mawile. I originally had Baton pass on it when I built the dual screens Espeon but I decided to wipe all of the EVs to give more offensive options because my team was already bulky enough with Mawile, Skarmory and Blissey. Lacking any strong special sweepers I decided to put Espeon in my team. I know that I should have Hidden Power (Fire) but I since this Eevee specifically got Dragon, I was wondering if that could be used strategically for more coverage. Shadowball for opposing Special Sweepers like Gardevoir (I think?) and calm mind + Focus Sash to do OHKO into other sweepers. Depending on the pokemons I'm up against, I sometimes predict hazard pokemons and I send her out due to her amazing ability: Magic Bounce. My only problem is actually predicting it correctly which brings me to my next point about Zoroark and his U-Turn.
250px-571Zoroark.png

Name:
Zoroark
Item: Life Orb
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Nasty Plot
- U-Turn/Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
Notes: I believe that Pokemon is a part predicting game and knowing what to send out and when to send out. I think Zoroark is a great pokemon to play mind games with your opponent mainly because of his Illusion ability. Because of this, I usually send him out in disguise of either Mawile, Skarmory, or Aggron (To bring out other special attackers that should live through at least one Nasty Plot) as my lead and a scout by giving him U-Turn. I think when Zoroark is exposed, a lot of fighting type pokemons are sent out which is why I eliminated dark pulse because if anything my Mawile's physical qualities would take care of those pesky psychic/Ghost type pokemons.

250px-242Blissey.png

Name:
Blissey
Item: Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpDef / 252 Def / 4 HP
Nature: Calm
- Flame Thrower
- Softboiled
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
Notes: The most annoying pokemon. Period. This is the pokemon that makes players cringe by the deadly effect of poison when used correctly. With the high HP and both defenses, this pokemon can take almost any kind of hits. The only problem is obviously a lot of physical fighting type attacks like CC which could take out my Blissey in one hit and if not two because of the low ish speed. I don't really find that many use for Aromatherapy and I still remember trying to breed that thing on was a pain. But it only works well with doubles unless I'm doing it wrong (which I probably am and I wont be surprised about it if I was since I'm still a noob and all xD) but same with flamethrower, I don't find that many use for it with the steel types that counter my Blissey mainly because my special attack on Blissey makes it just as bad as"not very effective" attacks on my special sweepers.

I covered just about everything on my team I believe, and again, I'm sorry if half the things I say may not make any sense. I'm still a bit new. Trying to get used to the game and everything. Any suggestions will be very great as long as it will benefit my team in one way or another.
