Farewell Salamence! Does it Still Work? (OU)

This is an attempted revamp of a team I've been using for a few days now. It had a Salamence, but that's uber now, so I figure I might as well see if it's left an unfillable gap in my team, or if there were other gaps I didn't even realize. It's only my 3rd competitive team, and only the second that isn't built around rain dance. Since I'm fairly new to competitive battling, team building escapes me for the most part. I know the common threats and what resists them, but counters are usually beyond me, so I'm trying for just all around coverage and synergy. I need tips mostly for offense, as well as any flaws you might find in my defense (out of pure principle, I won't do SkarmBliss).

Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Snow Cloak
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 atk/252 spe
Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Protect

The goal here is to take out other common leads while managing to get SR set up. Protect prevents fake out, and Earthquake can OHKO most things that don't resist it (infernape, heatran, etc). Focus Sash is there to keep it alive, as once I spin away any traps I can use wish support to heal him up and revenge kill.

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Rash
EVs: 112 atk/200 spe/196 spA
Superpower
Roost
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower

Mixnite is here to attempt to fill the gap left by the now-Uber Salamence. Without dragon dance, it won't be sweeping anytime soon, but it provides a way for my team to take out Steels (most notably Scizor) and SkarmBliss which had given me problems in the past. Any dragon (or ice) attacks against it can be anticipated as I switch into...

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 hp/220 def/36 spe
Calm Mind
Wish
Psychic
Shadow Ball

Jirachi is here mostly for the reason mentioned above; its ability to switch into pretty much anything. The goal is to switch in as the opponent fires off a draco meteor, etc., and begin setting up. After a few calm minds, nothing short of earthquake will OHKO it, especially with wish. Normally this set runs thunderbolt instead of shadow ball, but shadow ball gives rotom-h a nasty little surprise, and with Serene Grace, it has a 40% chance to drop sp. Def, allowing me to 2HKO most things that resist.

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 hp/28 atk/228 def
Earthquake
Thunder Punch
Pain Split
Will-O-Wisp

Dusknoir is a great tank (especially against Machamp), and is able to spread burns to entire teams before going down. Pain Split keeps his survivability high, and there's nothing quite as funny as watching your opponent's fresh pokemon's health plummet while yours shoots back up. Jirachi clears most ghosts (most notably Gengar and Rotom-a) leaving Dusknoir vulnerable to very little. Dark special moves are uncommon, and pursuiters like Tyranitar fall victim to will-o-wisp followed by pain split. Earthquake is here for Heatran expecting a will-o-wisp, or Infernape, and thunder punch is here for everything else.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 hp/200 atk/56 spD
Moonlight
Protect
Payback
Curse

Perhaps the most questionable member of my team, Umbreon provides a switch in for the moves that other pokemon on my team just can't take. I use it mostly for when Dusknoir finally goes down, or if they have a rotom-h that I can't risk switching Jirachi into. Its great defenses and moonlight allow me to set up curse, which when combined with payback is capable of sweeping. A fully cursed payback will OHKO almost anything that doesn't resist it, and nothing short of a monstrous special attack will be enough to put Umbreon down.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 136 hp/156 def/216 spe
Surf
Thunderbolt
Rapid Spin
Recover

Rapid Spin. Not much else to say here. Sometimes it can outspeed certain threats (like Gyarados) and take 'em down, but I don't count on it. Jirachi or Umbreon take out any would-be blockers, and allow Starmie to clear the field. After that, wish takes over, and Starmie comes out only in times of crisis.

Threat List:
Breloom can shut me down unless it switches into Dragonite or Jirachi and doesn't immediately Spore them.
Hippowdon and earthquake rape a good many of my pokemon, and I have very little that can KO it.
Yanmega is faster than most of my team after a speed boost or two, and other than Mamoswine's Ice Shard (which 2HKO's) I don't have much that can handle it.
Suicune can only be opposed by my fully calm-minded Jirachi, and that's only when he gets lucky.
Swampert Earthquake is a handful for me, and I can't reliably KO it.
Azelf can Explode Umbreon and KO a lot of my team.
Those are all I've been able to identify myself, if you see any please let me know.
So I hope that y'all can give me some pointers, and thanks for rating!
