At a glance

Basically i wanted to use a lot of my favorite Pokemon and i inevitably weeded it down to these few. they suit my play style of being primarily offensive with a bit of bait and switch tactics thrown in.
UNDER THE MICROSCOPE

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
Starmie works great as an anti lead. Its speed cuppled with its respectable base 100 spattack combined with life orb makes it a truly threatening force. The only common lead I have issues with is Swampert witch is easily K'Oed by Celebi's energy ball. The EVs on it are pretty self explanatory max out speed and attack this is because as I out speed every common lead bar Ninjask and Arodactyl I don't need to invest in defenses. The move set on it is to provide a large amount of coverage that gives me a nearly unresisted move set. The combination of ice beam and thunderbolt gives me a large range of targets in itself. Thunderbolt is for killing Gyarados and other starmie. Ice beam allows me to KO if not severely damage both Salamence and Latios with ease, freeing up the rest of my team to sweep a lot easer. It also serves as excellent Tyranitar bait witch allows my Tyranitar to switch in and get 1 or 2 dragon dances off making him a proverbial Juggernaut. Also i am aware that i don't have rapid spin on my team but frankly i feel it is over all a waist of a move slot because of the current popularity of anti leads, so you could say i have an anti anti lead Starmie here, but that's a little confusing. The reason i don't run a stealth rocks lead instead is the same reason as i don't use rapid spin on Starmie, i feel that with the rise of anti leads, it would be plain pointless.

Celebi @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Energy Ball
Celebi is a bit of a surprise attacker here. Its moves are picked so that it can lure out its counters and kill them with ease or at least cripple them so they can be handled by the rest of my team. Thunderwave is my all purpose crippler, if a particular poke is giving me issues i can paralise it and switch out. Earthpower hits non-shucca berry Hetran for a OHKO and 2 hit Kos Shucca-tran, as well as many other fire types. Hidden power fire is for other Celebi, Rosarades and most importantly Scizor. Celebi works great as a scissor check because it will survive a choice band bullet punch and KO it with HP fire and because Celebi is faster Scizor never has a chance to KO me with bug buzz or u-turn. And energy ball is chosen so I can hit Swampert more effectively than if I had chosen psychic.

Tyranitar (M) @ Babiri Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 104 HP/152 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Dance
Tyranitar is always fun to use and he can be geared for any situation. Personally I prefer a Babiri berry dragon dancer. With the prevalence of scarf tar running about most people assume I run one as well, however I don't really care for choice items. Because people assume that I am running Scarf tar I can force a switch wile I get a free dragon dance. Crunch, stone edge and fire punch allow me to hit a great deal of pokemon for neutral damage. The Ev's are to provide Tyranitar a greater lifespan without sacrificing power. The main goal of Tyranitar is to ware down the opponents team by inflicting damage, eliminating threats, preforming a bit of sweeping and to reveal the opponents team by forcing switches. Also after 2 or 3 dragon dances Tyranitar can out speed and OHKO a vast majority of the OU meta game making him extreamly dangerous.

Metagross @ Lum Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Thunderpunch
- Meteor Mash
Metagross is one of my favorite Pokemon to use, and for good reason with clear body he faces Salamence and Gyarados intimidate with nothing to fear. And after an agility he out speeds many of the most common used speedy Pokemon such as scarf-tar, Starmie, Salamence and Infernape. Thunderpunch allows me to deal with Gyarados and Suicune easier as well as not being entirely walled by Skarmory. Meteor Mash OHKOs most Salamence that I encounter, as well as providing a reliable stab attack. Earthquake allows me to hit fire types for super effective damage usually OHKOing things like Infernape and Hetran. Unfortunetly it is walled by bulky Rotom as Rotom resists all of his moves.

Rhyperior (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Curse
I chose Rhyperior because it is my favorite 4th gen Pokemon. And with a completely unresisted move set, respectable hp and defense along with the special defense boost from Tyranitars sandstorm, he can become a viable wall that will slow down my opponent easily, and with one curse under his belt he stops physical sweepers with ease and then he can hit hard with the appropriate move. Curse was chosen over Rock Polish because he is still out sped by a few members of OU and cant always hit hard enough to kill its counters after a Rock polish, where curse gives me some extra bulk and more offensive power. Curse also allows me to raise my attack back up in case of burn or intimidate Making him harder to wall or stop, the defense boost that comes with curse is also appreciated as it allows Rhyperior to resist earthquakes coming from a variety of foes.

Gengar @ Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Pain Split
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
Gengar has always been one of my favorite Pokemon. However he always has an issue with the big pink blob we all know and hate, Blissy. This set makes it a lot harder for Blissy to wall Gengar. When switching in with Gengar I try to switch in on something to force a switch. When they switch I use substitute thus protecting me from scarf tar while I fire of a focus blast, they take out the sub and leave Gengar intact. The substitute also protects me from the Thunderwave that often fallow Gengar. Pain Split helps heal Gengar after Life orb Damage it also lets me siphon off the health of things like Blissy. The combined use of focus blast and Shadow ball gives me a completely unresisted move set. The combination of these moves allows me to turn the tide so to speak when there is some wall that posses a threat to the rest of my team.
