Relaxed Nature
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Flash Cannon
- Iron Head

This Ferrothorn, however horrible it's speed stat is, is very defensive, but it also has good moves. Leech Seed is a move I used to really bog down my opponent. Pairing Leech Seed with Giga Drain creates even more drainage. Flash Cannon and Iron Head are good against Fairy, Ice, or Rock types.
