Is the team good?

CONTEXT
For context, I've played a lot of competitive pokemon on and off since X and Y but I never built my own for the most part except for a few troll or theme teams to mess around with in AG. However, this Gen I wanted to start building teams and I feel very good about this team that I have built. Any kind of criticism is greatly appreciated, thankyou.

The team itself is built around Sirfetch'd and Noivern due to them not only being viable, but also pokemon I enjoy using. I've played UU for about 2 weeks and I feel like I have a good grasp of the current meta, but correct me if I'm wrong on any of the encounters I've listed.

The Team: https://pokepast.es/a762d4257d397830
sirfetchd.png

Sirfetch'd @ Choice Band
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- First Impression
- Brave Bird

Sirfetch'd is one of the best physical sweepers in UU in my opinion due to it possessing scrappy and having an identical attack stat to tyranitar. I typically use him as a lead with first impression. Additionally, he is used as a wall-breaker considering he can dish out a considerable amount of damage to many of the tiers best walls such as umbreon, rhyperior, doublade and corsola. For a mon with poor speed, he's a great late game sweeper due to his modest special defense and above average defense helping him K.O multiple pokemon in a row.

Noivern @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
- Boomburst
- Heat Wave

Noivern is a top tier threat in UU when paired specs due to it's ability to dish out insane damage while outspeeding most of the tier. The reason why I picked boomburst is due to it having incredible power as well as being able to hit a potential fairy switching in. Heat wave is here to damage chlorophyll user's such as venusaur due to it having the potential to faint other members on the team. His role on the team is as a special sweeper.

638.png

Cobalion @ Assault Vest
Ability: Justified
EVs: 164 Atk / 92 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Sacred Sword
- Megahorn
- Zen Headbutt

Many of you are cringing looking at the moves I picked and the item I'll get to that, but first Cobalion is here as my steel resist and as an answer to fairy's. Considering most fairy's in UU are special attackers and cobalion also has great defense so the thought here is that cobalion can switch and take some damage and return some back. Zen headbutt is to counter venusaur, megahorn is to punish reuniclus and celebi and the other moves are both stab Cobalion is also a great lead that can check the primary hazard setter Mamoswine who has great attack and priority which can OKO Noivern. In practice this set has actually worked well for me due to most people not considering it as a bulky sweeper.

479w.png

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp

Rotoms-w is a great bulky attacker that can take damage and return a considerable amount back while being an answer for rhyperior, gigalith, mamoswine and chandelure. The moves EVs and items explain themselves for anyone who has used rotom wash before. He also is the teams answer to rocks and spikes due to rotom being immune to spike damage and resisting rocks.

473.png

Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash

Mamoswine is the teams hazard setter and answer for many of the teams counters. Mamoswine can deal an insane amount of damage with life orb and has modest speed that can do great damage to other top tier hazard setters such as rhyperior. He typically is who I lead with unless I opt to use First Impression on SirFetch. He also checks an opposing Noivern who maybe running scarf with ice shard and any focus sashes on a potential lead hazard setter.

282.png

Gardevoir @ Assault Vest
Ability: Trace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Mystic Fire
- Moonblast
- Shadow Ball

Gardevoir is the fairy pick and special defensive tank on this team. Due to Gardevoir's incredible move pool she can check so many pokemon such as reunuclis and doublade with shadow ball, T-bolt checking golisopod, vaporeon, jellicent, mantine and milotic and etc. Considering this it's very difficult to predict all 4 moves a gardevoir is running. She is also the teams answer to a chlorophyll sweep by being able to switch into an attack due to assault vest and with trace you can use a sun boosted mystic fire before they can use any other attacks. Considering you just traced chlorophyll, you can potentially counter-sweep due to her great special attack and versatille moves.

CONCLUSION
Phew, this took over an hour to write and I'm hoping by writing this I can learn what I need to consider when building any team. This is my first post here so mods if I missed anything in the rules let me know. I'm pretty sure I got most of the things any good team needs. Potentially, if this team is awful tell me what I've done wrong and what I'm missing so I can improve my team building skills learn. However, this teams a blast to use due to it's aggressive play style and I hope if you use it you have as much fun as I did with it in ladder.

Hi RyanSlayer117, this is an interesting team you have here, however I wouldn't label this Hyper Offense, but more just an Offense team, so I will try to keep it as close to this as I can while rating. You have quite a few unviable sets on this team however, and issues with Pokemon like Chandelure and Gardevoir, so I'll offer you some advice to improve this team, make it more reliable as an Anti-Weather team, and compensate for the Mamoswine ban by updating the team.

Minor Change -

:noivern:

Noivern @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- U-turn
- Roost

Noivern is a great partner for Sirfetch'd as you noted, but the best way to make use of this is with a Boots Pivot set, as Noivern brings in Pokemon like Gigalith and Rhyperior that Sirfetch'd can use as free opportunities with U-turn, while Boots + Roost allows you to better check stuff like Cobalion and Roserade for your team, and keeps Noivern in better shape to allow it to clean up late game after Sirfetch'd breaks.

Minor Change -

:rotom-wash:

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Thunder Wave

A Bulkier EV spread is beneficial on this team. An offensive EV spread like yours still wouldn't allow Rotom to reliably pressure bulky water types like Milotic, but with this EV spread you can still outspeed Gardevoir and Chandelure, while better checking Pokemon like Rhyperior and Gigalith with your improved bulk.

While Will-o-Wisp is great for allowing it to pressure Pokemon like Escavalier, Rhyperior etc, Thunder Wave is really useful on a very offensive team like this to cripple Noivern that may often try to switch in on Hydro Pump, preventing it checking Sirfetch'd well.

Filling Blank Spot After Suspect -

:gigalith: (new pokemon)

Gigalith @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Atk / 204 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge / Rock Blast
- Stealth Rock
- Heavy Slam

So obviously you need a new Rocker on this team now. To keep with your theme of wanting an Anti-Weather team, Gigalith is a perfect fit that has a great matchup against Sun teams due to Sand, while giving you your much needed Noivern and Chandelure answers the team requires. A more offensive EV spread with Heavy Slam allows you to keep up the offensive momentum, and weaken Weezing-Galar for Sirfetch'd.

Rock Blast is an option if you are finding yourself struggling with Indeedee + Polteageist, as it can break through Polteageist far better thanks to Weak Armor and better accuracy.

Major Change -

:cobalion: -> :escavalier:

Escavalier @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 112 Def / 84 SpD / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Megahorn
- Close Combat
- Iron Head

While Cobalion gave you a useful Steel-type previously, the set you were using was very unviable, and didn't do half of the things you claimed it did, due to its poor special defense, venusaur having weather ball etc. With mamoswine now gone, a different Steel-type felt like a freer change to make here too, and Escavalier offers you a useful answer to Pokemon like Celebi and Roserade that can threaten your Sirfetch'd + Rotom (+Gigalith) core. It also prevents Venusaur making any headway without Sun up, thanks to Gigalith shutting down sun setters in Torkoal and Ninetales.

Knock Off support from Escavalier can really benefit Sirfetch'd too, removing items from their shared checks like Noivern and Mantine, to make Sirfetch'd able to break easier, and prevents Chandelure from switching in freely. Escavalier can also check Haxorus for you with this more mixed defensive set, and unlike cobalion offers a Fairy and Psychic resist that allows it to acctually check threats like Gardevoir for you.

Major Change -

:gardevoir: -> :celebi:

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Earth Power

Again your Gardevoir set was very bad, and it couldn't do half the things you claimed it could as Doublade has Shadow Sneak, Milotic won't be 2HKOd etc. Choice Specs is the main Gardevoir set used, although Calm Mind and Choice Scarf are both good too. However, this team currently relied mostly on overpowering Water-types to deal with them, and the only decent switch in to them in Rotom-Wash couldn't actually break them.

Nasty Plot Celebi instead offers you an alternative Psychic type instead of Gardevoir, that can help break through and switch into the Bulky Waters like Mlotic and Vaporeon. It also pairs excellently with U-turn Noivern, as it pressures all of Noivern's common checks, and appreciates Escavalier's support in checking Bronzong. In particular, Celebi also greatly appreciates the Thunder Wave support from Rotom-Wash, allowing it to break through Noivern far better.

Earth Power allows it to get through Incineroar and Doublade, however you could choose to run Shadow Ball for Bronzong and Doublade, Protect for Golisopod/Sirfetch'd, or Recover to have more longevity instead.

I hope you find this team works better in general for you. Sirfetch'd is now much more supported than it was previously, and your weather matchup is definitely a lot better with the Gigalith + Escavalier combo supporting you. I tried to keep this team very offensive like you originally had. One thing I couldn't deal with well was the Indeedee + Polteageist matchup, but preserving your Gigalith's health will give you a work around to this.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thank you so much I appreicate it alot. Are there any other matchups besides Indeedee and Polteageist I should be aware of? Thanks for taking the time to respond to me.
