anyway, max spd is just my preference as that 9 extra hp wont get you too far. truth is the usual houndoom counters dont run on atk so WoW will be useless most of the time. sub will not only protect you from the common bliss' status but also helps to scout. what i like about it best is that i can NP behind it

Hmm.. after inspecting it, I seem to have a somewhat water weakness. Anyone know a poke that can blend into my team to counter it? I can sacrifice...poor hari and make gengar my lead.
 
You do have some problems with Gyarados. You could replace Swampert with Tangrowth. Not only would it counter Gyara, but it will lure Fire attacks so you can switch in Houndoom.

Also, Timid > Modest on Houndoom and give it Hidden Power Fighting over WoW so you can take on Tyranitar, Heatran, and other Houndooms.

lol,your team is very weak to Swampert and Gyarados, who are very common, since you don't have any pokemon to counter. Use Starmie or Tangrowth to counter Gyarados. Tangrowth with defensive EV and Ice Fang is better to your team but Starmie can rapid spin the spike.
