"Looks like Finland made the mistake of subbing for non-damaging moves which, as Mowtom said, is not a valid sub clause. (Shut up, autocorrect! It's Mowtom not Morton >:0) I hope Finland also notices that Seedot's stats decay after one round of not being raised or lowered (although this will be changed in the future per what LouisCyphre said). Stat boosts and drops in BBP are equivalent to +2 or -2 damage per stat boost or drop, respectively. They don't act as a multiplier, making them less impactful than stat boosts and drops in Pokémon Showdown. Now let's look at what happened when Solosis used Psychic twice in a row, once on A3 of the last round and once on A1 of this round. Solosis spent an extra 4 EN to use Psychic consecutively. This is the consecutive EN penalty. Finally, let's see why Seedot didn't deal nearly as much damage as it could have. This is because of Solosis's unique Ability interaction. Overcoat reduces the BAP of incoming attacks by 1 if its Pokémon is immune to at least one kind of weather damage or powder move. Anyways, let's continue with the battle!
