Fire, Water, Grass team, (need help with grass

Ok, i have won a couple matches with this team but i lose a lot to, it is partially due to my skill level, but i know my team needs some work to. I need a non-legy grass pokemon to complete my fire, water grass core. My friends are dumb and dont play with legys. So yeah Open to any suggestions or replacements
This is what i have

Lead crobat @razor claw
Ability: inner focus
252 speed/252 attack/ 4 hp
Nature:Jolly
Brave bird
Roost
Cross poison
u-turn

This Crobat has max speed ivs which helps alot. Fairly standard set, U-turn for any opposing threats if it needs to leave. does some damage to other leads then usually gets out of there for Metagross to come in.

Stealth rock/ lead support Metagross: life orb
Ability:clear body
252 attack/ 252 hp/ 4 speed
Nature: Adamant
stealth rock
bullet punch
earthquake
explosion

Basically stealth rocks up after Crobat is done, and can explode on any major threats. I think Metagross deals with a lot of the counters to Crobat, but do you see any specifically that could wreck both of them? Their probably is one i don't see, thanks.

Special sweeper Kingdra @leftovers
Ability: Swift swim
252 sp attack/84 def/ 84 sp def/ 84 speed (dont know what i was thinking)
Nature: modest
Dragon pulse
ice beam
rain dance
surf

Kingdra was original part of my initial fire, water, grass core, but i still can't find a good grass type to replace Zoroark, which i will get to later. But kingdra just comes in rain dances, and does decent damage while taking it pretty well also.

Special sweeper Gengar @black sludge
Ability: Levitate
252 sp attack/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
Nature: Modest
shadow ball
destiny bond
sludge bomb
energy ball

I do not know if Gengar fits any where specifically on this team, just an all around solid poke. i Chose energy ball over t-bolt cause some of by friends use Swampert a lot. It has relatively low attack ivs, so explosion doesn't do enough damage for it to be a move slot. But i might need to change destiny bond as it is not as reliable i think.

Special sweeper Chandelure@ choice scarf
Ability:Flame body
252 Sp Attack/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
Nature: timid
Flamethrower
Shadow ball
Phsycic
pain split

Most people use a Ferrothorn, Chandelure can OHKO it, but if my Chandelure goes down i don't know what i can do to Ferrothorn. And it is not out in dream world yet so i can't get a Shadow tag one. (and no im not going to use pokesav) Also i don't really have anything to draw in a fire move to get the boost with Flash Fire. Just like Flame Body personally.

Special sweeper/ scout Zoroark @ life orb
Ability: Illusion
252 sp attack/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
Nature: timid
Flamethrower
u-turn
Night daze
Focus blast

Bleh, this thing can do some damage but I really want to replace it so i can have a fire water grass core. I don't want to use legys, like Shaymin, Celebi, or Virizion so any help on that would be appreciated. But anyway, pretty fast poke, carries U-turn for scouting, Night daze packs a little more punch then dark pulse even though slightly less accuracy. I thinks this helps a little because it is not a Modest nature. Flamethrower helps with Ferrothorns again but cannot OHKO a max sp def one. Focus blast just there for more type coverage.

Ok i am open to any suggestions, movesets, items, or switching out pokes completly. Thanks alot guys :)

This team is okay. For your fire/water/grass core, Ferrothorn fits but it really doesn't fit you style of play which is to go and attack as much as possible. So I would go and recommend is Breloom. Any set works, although this isn't dream world so I am going to recommend the old school set.
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability- Poison Heal
Nature- Adamant
EV's- 12 HP, 252 Atk, 244 Spd
1. Substitute
2. Leech Seed/ Bullet Seed
3. Spore
4. Focus Punch
I normally do not recommend slashs in movesets like this, but I am here because of what you want. You said that you run Energy Ball on Gengar to take down swampert and so you could run Bullet Seed here, which still does a ton of damage without technician, but I would recommend Leech Seed. Substitute is for protection, Spore because its the best move in the game, and Focus Punch to batter the opponent. Replace this with Zoroark.
For Crobat, I would recommend running Super Fang over Cross Poison, and I would also reommend replacing Razor Claw which is terrible for leftovers.
For metagross, the set looks the standard from last gen, although you may want to replace Explosion because it got nerfed in this gen. Maybe replace it with Thunder Punch. And in your search for who can hurt both, the answer would be lots of pokemon, because the Quake/Edge combo hits both super effectivly, but that is why you have a team, so don't worry about that.
Kingdra's set is fine although as you said, the EV's are really messed up. Try running a simple 4 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd set that will maximize the special attack, and also try running a Life Orb to give it a little more power.
Gengar is a pretty bad set. What are you trying to accomplish here? I would reommend to use the Life Orb attacking set that uses this.
Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability- Levitate
Nature- Modest
EV's- 4 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd
1. Shadow Ball
2. Focus Blast
3. Thunderbolt
4. HP Fire
This set is used for punching through teams. Shadow Ball has Stab and good power behind it, which when paired with Focus Blast gives it perfect coverage. Thunderbolt is to deal with those waters, although if you really want Energy Ball provides less coverage but you wanted it. HP Fire is for coverage.
For Chandy, the idea is standard but the moves are not. Run Fire Blast over Flamethrower because it gives you some key KO's. Energy Ball is normally recommended over Psychic to deal with the waters and rock types that resist, and HP Fighting is what I recommend for the last spot to give more coverage.
Hope I helped
