ORAS OU First competitive team please help!

Hi this is my first competitive team and i just kind of winged it and picked pokemon i liked. I wanted it to be a really offensive team that wins fast.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Toxic

Gliscor is the lead of my team. While he isn't as offensive as the rest of the pokemon on my team he sets up stealth rocks and can poison to help my other pokemon take down the enemy quicker. He also acts as a physical wall that can be very hard to deal with and with toxic/roost he can take down any physical pokemon.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz

This team started with charizard. I really wanted to use Mega Charizard X as my main pokemon and chose to make him a physical sweeper. While it does an excellent job at taking down just about anything, especially with dragon dance, it seems to be alot slower than most other sweepers. I might change him around to be more bulky with less speed and give him roost.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP / 212 SpD / 44 Spe
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split

Rotom-Wash just seems too good at too many things. It is extremely hard to take down while still dealing pretty decent damage. I use him mostly to tank special attackers, but also giving the enemy team burn when needed.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Extrasensory
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Hydro Pump
Greninja just seems to be outstanding at being a special sweeper. It outspeeds just about anything while also dealing a ton of damage. I wanted to run U-turn, but settled for grass knot as volt switch doesn't seem like a very reliable way to deal with water types. I am still undecided if Extrasensory is a better choice over dark pulse as they both seem to have their advantages. Greninja is able to deal with a lot of different typings while also being able to survive a hit or two thanks to protean.

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Thunderwave
- Focus Blast
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball

Alakazam makes for an excellent revenge killer. His special attack and speed are ridiculous. I will almost never decide to just throw out Alakazam, i will only use him after another pokemon feints. Using Thunderwave i can shut down enemy sweepers that might cause me trouble and he almost always goes down with another pokemon. He is also my best response to normal pokemon as he has the only fighting move on my team.

Bisharp @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

Bisharp is another physical sweeper on my team and also my only response to fairy pokemon. Knock off has proven to be a life saver, getting rid of annoying items that can slow me down. While he doesn't hit as hard a Charizard, Sucker punch will always guarantee some damage.

Hi there!
For your Alakazam, I would replace Thunder Wave with Dazzling Gleam for coverage against Mega-Sceptile and other Dragon Types.
For your Greninja, run Gunk Shot and Dark Pulse over Extrasensory and Grass Knot. Gunk Shot was mainly put on Greninja to defeat Azumarill and Sylveon. So for your set, do this.

Greninja
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 40 Atk / 216 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Gunk Shot

Lastly, on your Gliscor, run Protect over Roost.
Hope this helped
