First competitive team

Pretty new at battles outside of in-game, therefore, I am widely open to suggestions. This team is to have no identical items as I mainly use it on random wifi in all 3 types with a couple of exceptions. Most of the time I prefer 3 on 3 single battle.

Mienshau @life orb
jolly nature
ev: 4 HP 252 atk 252 speed

hi-jump kick
u-turn
fake out
stone edge

He's my lead 75% of time. Start out with the fake-out unless I predict a change to a scarfed chandelure then I start with stone edge. The fake out cancels any focus sashes then if there is no "super-effective" opportunity and I'm faster I u-turn out. If I am slower I just switch to volcarona(SWall) or cofragigus(physWall). Regenerator ability is the key here combined with life orb. I switch out and come back in healed with another free fake-out.

Cofragigus @leftovers
Bold Nature
ev:252 HP 252 Def 4 Spdef

protect
will-o-wisp
calm mind
grass knot

Had shadow ball at one time but most players switch to a normal type when they see a calm mind. Very simple here. Switch in to halt a physical sweeper hit a calm mind when I predict a switch and instantly have huge defense and SpD with acceptable special attack that can hit any pokemon. will-o-wisp is to couple with calm mind to halt a physical sweeper who's getting out of hand. I use him occassionally in double but mostly with single. Grass not is just to extend damage after will-o-wisp or sweep a bulky water. After a will-o-wisp and calm-mind combo, protect every other turn to restore HP with leftovers while diminish opponents HP with burn.
darminatin @ choice band (sheer force)
jolly nature
ev:4 HP 252 Atk 252 Speed

rock slide
earthquake
flare blitz
superpower

Not much survives the sheer flare blitz. Place darminatin in to revenge kill a slower opponent. I never switch into darminatin because he lacks defense and can rarely take a hit. Sheer force rock slide is stronger and more accurate than stone edge. He gets an easy faint on any slower pokemon who doesnt resist his stab. Superpower is for FF Heatran, other steels, and darks. After superpower I switch him out to a wall or a pokemon with low-hp to sacrifice to bring him back in with full status.

hydreigon @ specs
timid nature
ev:4 HP 252 SpAtk 252 speed

flamethrower
dragon pulse
dark pulse
focus blast

Flamethrower for ferrothorn and rapid spinning Forretress who resists both STAB attacks. Dragon pulse for slower dragons. Dark pulse for reliable STAB to rid of them nasty psychic types. Focus Blasts is innacurate but demolishes fellow Darks. It is possible to switch to Hydreigon if I know the opponent is slower because he can take a hit or two thats not super-effective but, I generally use him to revenge kill a pokemon who has lower special defense.

Volcarona @ shell bell (need item suggestions)
timid nature
126 SpAtk 130 SpDef 252 Speed

quiver dance
flamethrower
bug buzz
psychic (suggestions? HP ground?)

The object here is to quiver dance against a special sweeper a couple of times... swept just about everything but ff Heatran so far. I can switch volcarona in as a special wall against non-supereffective types. Or set up a quiver against a slower special sweeper and instantly he is a sweeping special wall. On a slower water type with hydro pump I go for a quiver and only lose about half HP. Flame body prevents a special sweeper from using a physical move.

whimsicott @ rocky helmet
bold nature

ev:4 HP 252 Def 252 SpDef

substitute
leech seed
stun spore
giga drain

Subsheep with STAB giga drain behind cover. Prankster coupled with stun spore can cripple a sweeper. Giga drain is the only way to heal outside of leech seed. I use him to subseed/stunspore a wall to force a switch or paralyze a sweeper. I use him in one on one mostly as hes prone to fake-out coupled with ice in double battles.

Nice team. On volcanora I would run with Fiery dance over flamethrower just for the chance to raise his special attack and make him a more potent sweeper. Also you might wanna try to squeeze in a rapid spinner on this team because volcanora looses half his health from stealthrock which cripples him. Also you might wanna try hidden power rock or ground depending on preference. Rock is really nice for killing other volcanoras. On Whimiscott I would put leftovers over rocky helmet because you will heal most of the subistute damage if you use it in a combo with leach seed. Also on whimiscott you might wanna try running either encore or cotton guard. With cotton guard almost no physical attackers will be able to break your sub because after just two cotton guards He is at +6 defence. Encore is so pokemon don't set up off you and it will always go first because of prankster. On volcaora I would run with a life orb. This just makes his attacks do so much more damage but if you decide not to put a rapid spinner on you really shouldn't use life orb. Maybe a lum berry so he is not as easilly crippled by walls. I am not going to get into some of the weaknesses this team has because I don't really know how the team works. Take the suggestions you like and leave the ones you don't.
-Good Luck.

I recommend putting more bulk into your team along with some defensive synergy, perhaps switch cofragigus for gliscor? or another poke as you can be easily late game swept by Excadrill

Since your looking for a last move slot for Volconora, you could put Morning Sun for healing (beware of Sandstorm though). Then you could heal off any damage that you take from Stealth Rocks
Maybe you should change Grass Knot to Energy Ball, Grass Knot is quite unreliable in hitting lighter pokemon while Energy Ball can do constant damage
Since you already have an 80 base power STAB in Dark Pulse for Hydreigon, you could replace Dragon Pulse with Draco Meteor for a very high powered STAB to destroy any walls the opponent may have

Great ideas! I will definately replace dragon pulse with draco meteor, change up my whimisicott (was unaware of cotton guard), train up a gliscor to see how I like it, and I like the energy ball idea. Thanks!

Heres the new whimsicott:

whimsicott @ leftovers
bold nature
Ev: 252 Def 4 SpAtk 252 SpDef

leech seed
giga drain
cotton guard
substitute

I removed stun spore for 1on1 battles because it simply did not help much. It rarely makes the opponent lose their turn and I needed a sort of extra damage against healers so giga drain is a must. With this movepool whimsicott really abuses his prankster ability phys. sweepers have absoluletly no chance of succeeding and are forced to switch. I have come down to one on one with a milotic and Zapdos with recovering moves and beat both(good thing milotic didnt have a-ring).

No two identical items are allowed on this team for now so I gave cofragigus sitrus berry for now for an easy 2/5 hp heal. Poison heal gliscor will rid of this problem. I have a chesto berry is on volcarona for now.

a banded poke and a specs pokes seems unnecessary and limits your ability to predict and makes it easier for your opponent to play around, and you also need a scarfed poke for revenging pokes and stopping fast pokes like latios gengar and friends in their tracks. I would try to use shadow ball on cofagrigus but put hp fighting for normals over protect ino extra lefties is useful but hp fighting gives more offensive prowess and you dont want to switch out and give up all those calm minds. some of the spelling on the poke names is quite poor, and id also put in pictures of the pokes becos its useful for overlooking the team and makes it nicer to read and more professional :D

you're whimsicott is useless against grass types/sap sipper, and your cofagrigus is walled by fire types.

Encore would defintiely molest pokes over Giga Drain. with encore, you trap the opponent into a non-attacking attack so that you could safely switch in a counter.

consider switching darmanitan's Super Power with U-Turn since you seem to have a enough Fighting attacks.

I'd use scarf over band on Darmanitan. He's already powerful enough without the band so the extra speed is nice. You may also want to consider U-Turn to hit stuff like Reuniclus and Latias.
