Pretty new at battles outside of in-game, therefore, I am widely open to suggestions. This team is to have no identical items as I mainly use it on random wifi in all 3 types with a couple of exceptions. Most of the time I prefer 3 on 3 single battle.

hi-jump kick
u-turn
fake out
stone edge
He's my lead 75% of time. Start out with the fake-out unless I predict a change to a scarfed chandelure then I start with stone edge. The fake out cancels any focus sashes then if there is no "super-effective" opportunity and I'm faster I u-turn out. If I am slower I just switch to volcarona(SWall) or cofragigus(physWall). Regenerator ability is the key here combined with life orb. I switch out and come back in healed with another free fake-out.

protect
will-o-wisp
calm mind
grass knot
Had shadow ball at one time but most players switch to a normal type when they see a calm mind. Very simple here. Switch in to halt a physical sweeper hit a calm mind when I predict a switch and instantly have huge defense and SpD with acceptable special attack that can hit any pokemon. will-o-wisp is to couple with calm mind to halt a physical sweeper who's getting out of hand. I use him occassionally in double but mostly with single. Grass not is just to extend damage after will-o-wisp or sweep a bulky water. After a will-o-wisp and calm-mind combo, protect every other turn to restore HP with leftovers while diminish opponents HP with burn.
darminatin @ choice band (sheer force)
jolly nature
ev:4 HP 252 Atk 252 Speed
rock slide
earthquake
flare blitz
superpower
Not much survives the sheer flare blitz. Place darminatin in to revenge kill a slower opponent. I never switch into darminatin because he lacks defense and can rarely take a hit. Sheer force rock slide is stronger and more accurate than stone edge. He gets an easy faint on any slower pokemon who doesnt resist his stab. Superpower is for FF Heatran, other steels, and darks. After superpower I switch him out to a wall or a pokemon with low-hp to sacrifice to bring him back in with full status.

flamethrower
dragon pulse
dark pulse
focus blast
Flamethrower for ferrothorn and rapid spinning Forretress who resists both STAB attacks. Dragon pulse for slower dragons. Dark pulse for reliable STAB to rid of them nasty psychic types. Focus Blasts is innacurate but demolishes fellow Darks. It is possible to switch to Hydreigon if I know the opponent is slower because he can take a hit or two thats not super-effective but, I generally use him to revenge kill a pokemon who has lower special defense.
Volcarona @ shell bell (need item suggestions)
timid nature
126 SpAtk 130 SpDef 252 Speed
quiver dance
flamethrower
bug buzz
psychic (suggestions? HP ground?)
The object here is to quiver dance against a special sweeper a couple of times... swept just about everything but ff Heatran so far. I can switch volcarona in as a special wall against non-supereffective types. Or set up a quiver against a slower special sweeper and instantly he is a sweeping special wall. On a slower water type with hydro pump I go for a quiver and only lose about half HP. Flame body prevents a special sweeper from using a physical move.

substitute
leech seed
stun spore
giga drain
Subsheep with STAB giga drain behind cover. Prankster coupled with stun spore can cripple a sweeper. Giga drain is the only way to heal outside of leech seed. I use him to subseed/stunspore a wall to force a switch or paralyze a sweeper. I use him in one on one mostly as hes prone to fake-out coupled with ice in double battles.
