@Focus Sash
Timid Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SpA
Leaf Storm
Toxic Spikes
Sleep Powder
Hidden Power [Fire]
-Pretty nice starter in my opinion. It sets up TSpikes and puts stuff to sleep. Hidden Power Fire is to get rid of Steel switch-ins after I've set spikes/Sleep Powdered. Leaf Storm is nice to use too.

395.png

@Life Orb
Naive Nature
Ability: Blaze
24 Atk / 252 SpA / 232 Spd
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Close Combat
Flamethrower
-Basic Mixape. Close Combat gets rid of a lot of annoying things. Grass Knot OHKOs lots of things after a Nasty Plot.

@Leftovers
Modest Nature
Ability: Marvel Scale
252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpA
Surf
Rest
Ice Beam
Sleep Talk
-Rest Talking Milotic. Tanks physical hits.

105.png

@Thick Club
Adamant Nature
Ability: Rock Head
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Rock Slide
Fire Punch
Earthquake
Swords Dance
-One of my favorite Pokemon, so I decided to throw it in here. Sword Dance 1~2 times then try and sweep with Earthquake. Rock Slide is for those things that are immune to Earthquake. Fire Punch is for steel types.

145.png

@Leftovers
Modest Nature
Ability: Pressure
252 HP / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 56 Spd
Roost
Agility
Baton Pass
Thunderbolt
-Agility Baton Passer. Agility, then when they're switching to a Zapdos counter I pass to a sweeper for a nice speed boost. Thunderbolt is always nice to have, and I already have dragon-types taken care of via Milotic so I don't need Hidden Power Ice.

442.png

@Leftovers
Sassy Nature
Ability: Levitate
252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Spd
Reflect
Gyro Ball
Hypnosis
Stealth Rock
-Supporter. I can set up a layer of Rocks and put stuff to sleep with this. Gyro is just to do some extra damage while this thing is out. Reflect helps my defense-deprived Pokemon.

I just made this. I'd rather use Pokemon I like than use ones that should be in here just because they're good. Other than that I would like to try and keep the Pokemon I have in here, but I'll change the movesets/items/etc if I need to. Any help is appreciated.

You need to put a description for each Pokemon, so you better do it fast before this thread gets locked.

Now on to your team....

Take out Black sludge on Roserade It's to frail to use it swap it out with Focus Sash that way you gain a bit more survivability.

Also I see you have a Marowak, they don't function well with out any paralysis support or without a speed passer. Seeing as how Spiritomb dosent really go with your team since it looks like an anti-lead and you have Roserade already swap it with Zapdos use this set.

Zapdos@Leftovers
Modest
252 HP / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 56 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-Agility
-Baton Pass
-Roost
Its nice and sturdy enough to pass Agility to Marowak. You don't need HP Ice since you already have dragons handled by Milotic and Bronzong, while roost helps Zapdos last longer and possibly help out other members in your team.

Well, thats all I could find. Hope I helped.

I'm guessing the stardegy here is to stall out the opponent with tspikes. To be honest, I wouldn't run a Marowak in a Standard team, I would only run it in a Trick Room team, which this isn't one. I don't know if you're up for changing him around, but I would change him around for a Lucario or a Heracross, something that can hit harder with a bigger movepool, but since I just read you want to keep them, then fine.

Consider HP Ice > Nasty Plot on Infernape, more coverage against Dragons is handy. Expert Belt > Life Orb, Expert Belt to ensure the kill of a Dragon with HP Ice. 252 Hp / 172 Def / 64 SpAtk / 20 Spd would be better on Milotic, you have a little less defence, more SpAtk, and some in Speed to outspeed certain pokemon. For Marowak, I would really consider Double-Edge, seeing how you have Rock Head, and so you won't get walled by Garchomp, but I guess Milotic is here for a reason. Zapdos might also want a different ev spread, 252 Hp / 104 Def / 96 SpAtk / 56 Spd, making it bulky enough to survive some Lucario shots, and OHKO back.

Honestly, I don't see much synergy here. You still get walled by Cresselia, so consider what I said in the first paragraph.
