Why did you give the moves, items, EVs, natures, etc to your Pokemon?

Why did you chose a Pokemon for a certain role over other Pokemon that can also perform that role? (example: why Typhlosion over another lead like Azelf or Metagross?)

How do your team members support each other?

How does your team counter the major threats in OU?
