first go at a sandstorm team

Hi guys, I'm wondering how good this theoretical team is. It's mainly OU pokemon that work well in sandstorms, and I tried to cover most of the bases for a good team, i.e. a lead, sandstreamer (for this type of team), sweepers, and bulky pokes. My team is made up of:

-Aerodactyl w/ Focus Sash
Jolly 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Stealth Rock
Taunt
Stone Edge
Earthquake

standard suicide lead

-Tyranitar w/ Leftovers/Life Orb/Muscle Band
Adamant 4 Def/252 Atk/252 Spe
Stone Edge
Crunch
Aqua Tail/Earthquake/Ice Punch
Aqua Tail/Earthquake/Ice Punch

good sandstreamer with solid offense

Swampert w/ Leftovers
Impish 4 HP/252 Def/252 Atk
Waterfall

Aerial Ace (for Heracross)

Adamant not sure what EVs

other possible choices include Forretress, Scizor, Magnezone, Lucario, and Hippowdon

big threats include Gyarados and Swampert (hence the choice between HP Grass and Electric on Heatran) Heatran could be Timid and get Wise Glasses or Choice Specs instead of Choice Scarf

any advice would be greatly appreciated
