First H.O. Team

Starts with my signiture leads
Smeargle (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Trick
- Stealth Rock
- Spore
- Explosion

Immobilizes EVERYTHING! Except lumberry metagross and ninjask...
it takes out something atleast once during the match as ive found it easy to bring in and revenge kill or cripple walls and sets up rocks if ive nothing better to be doing

---
Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP/108 Atk/100 Def/144 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Taunt

I was using my own variant before but I wanted this as I needed the physical bulk to deal with scizor, It does nicely with taunt, often causing more switch outs, it has the bulk to take most hard hits that might otherwise KO More offencively based gyarados such as explosion and stone edges once while testing it survived a machamp thunderpunch. Also works great in tandom with jolteon

---
Jolteon (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Im loving my first jolteon set, i picked life orb over specs as I felt I often had to switch between attacks as it normaly makes an appearance early game. HPice is natuaraly for dragons and others while I keep gengar in reserve with energyball for swampert. Surpisingly Ive actualy swept with him.

---
Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball

Is often found switching in after Jolteon, as mentioned he covers jolteon with energyball and sweeps too many teams than is funny, its scary how many people forget about him and are left open to him. Focus blast OHKOs tyraniatar while a shadow ball heavily lays down damage to everything not steel or normal.

---
Aerodactyl (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Ice Fang
- Crunch
- Earthquake

With Scizor down, he is able to outspeed any none choice variant of salamence, lucario, latias and heatran. Cleaning up any none boosted opponants late game, with his savage speed, earthquaking, crunching and icefanging. Since Stone edge already OHKOs mence ive been considering using aerodactyl with firefang to lure him out early but he normaly comes in after the first turn as i switch out smeargle

---
Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 70 HP/252 Atk/188 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Outrage

Well lets face it, Kingdra only has 4 resists, water, fire and steel, luckily he can wander in and take minimal damage from the likes of heatran and scizor. Causes the switch and subs up, and potentialy sweeps or hammers in damage to the rest of the team before the sub breaks, leftovers lets him come in more than once if he gets forced out

---

So there you have my first attempt at a full offence team, So far its been surprisingly successful. So how does it fare in the opinions? Something that has troubled me is Scarf users but theres notmuch I can really do about that than ironically go on the defencive.

Alrighty lets have a look shall we?

-Smeargle-
Smeargle@ Choice scarf
Jolly or Timid; 252 Hp/4 Def/ 252 Spe
Spore/ Switcheroo/ Stealth Rock/ Spikes
-Explosion from smeargle is miserably weak as far as the move goes, and tbh he is much better served to try to get off as many hazards as possible making you sweepers life that much easier.
Leads that beat you: Lum metagross, Scarfrachi
Against bulky leads: they will try to lay rocks or switch, you can trick and then spore their switch since they will be locked in SR after that spam hazards until something kills you. OR alternately you can spore their SR user and then come back later to set up hazards.

-Jolteon-
I would make jolteon timid to outrun non jolly gyarados after one DD. I want to suggest specs simply because it makes for a stronger hitting revenge killer and LO recoil in OU can really kill a pokemon quickly. I guess this doesn't matter much, but I would test it.

-Gengar-
Okay, Gengar is a very versatile pokemon in that he can run many sets that require different counters for each set. Im not exactly sure which one to tell you to use, but I'll try this. For this team, he kind of seems out of place due to you trying to set up a physical sweep. Maybe try this set
Gengar @ Life Orb
Hasty; 100 Atk/ 156 SpA/ 252 Spe
Sub/ Shadow ball/ Hp fire/ Focus punch
-This set gives you a couple things
1) an effective way to remove scizor from the match
2) a way to kill blissey, snorlax, tyranitar should they switch in
Since scizor can be a problem for heavy offense and gengar draws him like a magnet, I think this set may be the best help to your team. You will be slower than most gengar and latias, though, because you have to lower your speed iv to get the fire hp. Shadow ball is noticeably weaker, however.

-Aerodactyl-
Im not sold on aerodactyl as anything other than a lead. He has good attack, but there are several common bullet punches in this tier that will quickly put an end to aero's time in the fight. Also, SR damage + LO recoil will quickly reduce your effectiveness. You need a latias and rotom or starmie check so that gyarados will be able to sweep w/o worrying about faster scarf users. I want to suggest scizor.
Scizor @ Choice Band
Adamant; 248 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 8 Spe
U turn/ Pursuit/ Bullet Punch/ Super power
- This set does alot of things for you team. First U Turn will generate you momentum helping you counter your opponents switches and rack up entry hazard damage. Pursuit provides your check to scarf rotom, latias, and starmie so you dont have to lose gyarados (I know you have jolteon, but he wont be able to trap the counters like scizor can). Scizor's pursuit helping trap scarf latias is also huge in helping remove a common answer to DD kingdra. Lastly, you should already know how bullet punch is just stupid good and helps keep many set up sweepers in check.
*TBH, this spot could be about anything, I just feel that Aero is a rather poor option as far as offensive prowess as well as helping this team

Um, thats about it for the team I guess

As for the rmt format-
-your descriptions are on the skimpy side, and they dont give the readers a ton of information. Perhaps you can add a bit more detail to them. Describe why you added the pokemon, their functions, items and moves. Basically try to touch on as much as you can to better allow readers to understand where you are coming from.

-Pics are always nice if you can get them... just an fyi for the future.

I think you should read through the heavy offense thread on stark mountain, because your team does not resemble a true heavy offense team at all. I especially don't like the ease with which stall runs through it. Right now you've got 2 special attackers that are stopped cold by blissey, and 3 physical attackers that don't pack anywhere near the power necessary to break through the multiple physical walls commonly found on a stall team. The point of heavy offense is to load up on pokemon with the same counters, so that the pokemon normally used to counter them get overwhelmed and the opposing team gets swept. Now while this is a much better idea on paper than it is in real life, if that's what you want this team to be then it needs a major revamp. First of all you need to decide if you're going to focus on the special attacking side of the spectrum or the physical side, then you need to choose pokemon that have the appropriate synergy (i.e. their weaknesses and resistances complement each other allowing ample set-up opportunities) while still getting walled by similar pokemon. Anyway if you decide to keep your current pokemon you should change Gengar to a sub-punch set like the guy above me suggested or give it explosion over energy ball
