To start off we have Steve the mamoswine

This is my counter to most leads such as lead-chomp (for obvious reasons) and unsuspecting rotom-w
[212+ SpA Rotom-W Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Mamoswine: 90-108 (24.9 - 29.9%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO [252 Atk Choice Band Krookodile Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0+ Def Mamoswine: 249-294 (68.9 - 81.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO and since this is mixed ou a lead krookodile could pop out [252 Atk Choice Band Krookodile Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0+ Def Mamoswine: 249-294 (68.9 - 81.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO]. Ice shard will also put in a major dent into krook [252 Atk Choice Band Krookodile Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0+ Def Mamoswine: 249-294 (68.9 - 81.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO] If stone edge lands it would also deal with the rotom rather well [252 Atk Mamoswine Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 44 Def Rotom-W: 193-228 (122.9 - 145.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO]

Next is the star: Loraine the mega heracross
Adamant/heracrossite/moxie
252 atk & spe 4 HP
Rock blast/pin missile/arm thrust/bullet seed

This is the standard set which deals with most ou threats. Bullet seed obviously deal with mega pert but pin missile hits it hard so getting it on a switch in would be great [252 Atk Mega Heracross Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 104 HP / 0 Def Mega Swampert: 255-300 (69.4 - 81.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO]. Heracross will out speed unless the rain is up leaving to either switch out or die. The Ou bird itself (talonflame) dies if it comes in at the wrong time. Mega sableye cripples heracross but not if heracross get a pin missile off [252 Atk Mega Heracross Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 248 HP / 124+ Def Mega Sableye: 185-225 (61 - 74.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO] and when burned [252 Atk burned Mega Heracross Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 248 HP / 124+ Def Mega Sableye: 90-110 (29.7 - 36.3%) -- approx. 54.3% chance to 3HKO] so with rocks (and forgoing the recover) is a two turn ko. This also works as a late game Sweeper thanks to skill link.

Knock off/waterfall/play rough/super power
This is my designated knock offer and mega alt/ counter. [252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Play Rough vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Altaria-Mega: 134-158 (45.8 - 54.1%)] There really isn’t much more to say. But in conjunction with gourgiest (see below) I can use knock off to remove the greatest threats. Super power also does a real number on ferrathorn and excaldrill.

Volt switch/overheat/thunder wave/willow wisp
This is my status inflictor/volt switch user. The sitrus berry gives me one to three extra switch in when rocks are up as well as set up for a revenge killer. In an optimal situation a life Orb user will come in and try to deal with it (since life Orb and burn almost balance out, or they just want some extra punch) and get in two hits before rotom goes down. The life orb recoil plus any damage put in earlier or by rotom (by burn or attacking move) and a revenge killer puts it in a situation to either go down and save a teammate or be crippled and let another party member be wounded.

Icy wind/Draco meteor/thunderbolt/psyshock
This is my revenge killer and set up Sweeper stopper. The scarf makes it faster than most things and in conjunction with icy wind it brings sweepers to a halt. Icy wind is there to make sure that if latios goes down a slower Mon can come in and do some work.

Gourgiest (super) “spectre”
Bold/leftovers/frisk
252 HP& def 4 SpA
Willow wisp/shadow ball/energy ball/fire blast
Gourgiest's attack is low and close enough to its special attack that I decided to make this one a special attacker. Though it may seem gimmicky but it works really well. Not only does it catch people off guard but hits like a minivan. I choose frisk over insomnia because it is immune to the most common sleep inducing move, sleep powder. This also makes it a great switch in for ferrathorn due to its leach seed immunity and that fire blast (unless it misses or ferrathorn is really specially bulky (max Spd&HP +assault vest)).

Now on to the rate:

What is that Mamoswine set? Full attack and speed with Impish nature? Change it to Adamant. Also, why are you calcing those specific things? You're likely never gonna see a Krookodile on the OU ladder, and the Rotom-W calcs are way off:

252 Atk Mamoswine Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 44+ Def Rotom-W: 90-107 (29.7 - 35.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery (you don't even have stone edge on your Mamo)
Rotom-W also never runs 212+ SpA, at least that I've seen lol

Mega Heracross should run bulk, as it has base 75 speed and with 252 Speed you don't outrun anything worthwhile; it serves much better being fat and hard to kill, so you might want to look at the Dex for a better spread.

Next on, Azumarill. I can already tell you're running the calc wrong, as a banded play rough should definitely do more than 50% to Mega Alt without defense. Definitely. You should also run Aqua Jet > Superpower, as Mega Heracross already takes on Ferro, and Azu needs priority. Again, check the Smogon Dex for a better spread.

I don't see why you're running Rotom-H > Rotom-W, and your description doesn't help much either. Replace this with a standard Rotom-W set.

Latios shouldn't be running a choice scarf or icy wind, as it gets ice beam. Replace it with a life orb and change the set to Draco Meteor / Psyshock / Defog / Recover. You should also be timid in order to outspeed Keldeo and the likes, as well as speed tie with other base 110's who can threaten your team.

I then give you props for even knowing that Gourgeist can learn Fire Blast, lol. It unfortunately isn't viable in OU and if for some reason you NEED to use it, don't make it a special sweeper. Ferrothorns also never run Assault Vest with ma spdef and HP, lol. Running something like Clefable here would be a nice glue to the team and give you a switch in to Lop, Thundy, and so on, as well as help you beat stall in conjunction with Mega Heracross.

In the end, the team after all its changes should be:
Mamoswine
Mega-Heracross
Azumarill
Rotom-W
Latios
Clefable

You might have to change some mons after you play with it more, but please make the set changes I recommended. Also, don't think I was trying to be rude if I came off as it.

Sorry for the late reply. I am gonna keep the gourgiest and rotom on the team for what I'm using. I play in a local league where mixed ou has a limit to 3 mons per teir (where bl rounds up). In this league people try to be a deviant as possible with set (they are tired of standard sets). This is why things may seem weird, but this is normal for how/where I play. But I will keep the spread and move changes that you suggested and try them out, but the mons aren't changing. When I do import this team into showdown I will make those changes though.
