Now lets get more in depth.

Smeargle @Focus Sash
smeargle.png

Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 96 HP / 120 Def / 40 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
~Spore
~Belly Drum
~Substitute
~Baton Pass

The lead of my team. Classic Belly Drum pass. This is to start the game off with a good Scizor or Salamence sweep. If needed I will pass a sub to anyone who might need to heal. Spore the lead so it can't do anything. Then Belly Drum and Pass to Scizor or Salamence. Substitute is there for basically guard against Exploderers who might use it.

Blissey @Leftovers
blissey.png

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SpD
Nature: Bold
~Seismic Toss
~Toxic
~Aromatherapy
~Softboiled
What's a team without Blissey? The Special Tank of my team. Toxic is to inflict a status condition on to the opponent Pokemon. Aromatherapy is to heal any of my Pokemon of Status problems while stalling out the Pokemon who's badly poisoned. Softboiled is to reheal HP when low and close to death.

Scizor @Life Orb

Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 HP/ 4 Spe
Nature: Adamant
~Sword Dance
~Bug Bite
~Bullet Punch
~Roost

Scizor is there for a good sweep after Sword Dancing 3x Scizor's Bullet Punch is a deadly force. It will most likely OHKO everyone who isn't resistant to steel. Scizor can take heavy hits so he is somewhat of a tank and the maxed HP is for a more Bulkier one. This is probably the second Pokemon I will use because of Technician STAB Bullet Punch with Belly Drum passed to it.

Salamence @Persim berry
salamence.png

Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Naughty
~Outrage
~Flamethrower
~Earthquake
~Roost

Persim berry is there to instantly recover from Confusion after using Outrage. Flamethrower obviously is for steels and Earthquake is there just to fill. Salamence covers most of Scizor's weaknesses and is also a good Physical Sweeper. He would be the second choice to Belly Drum pass if I knew Bullet Punch with Scizor wouldn't be enough to OHKO.

Jolteon @Wise Glasses
jolteon.png

Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Modest
~Thunderbolt
~Shadow Ball
~Hidden Power Ice
~Magnet Rise

Special Sweeper on my team. Thunderbolt for a powerful STAB when needed. Magnet Rise is just a filler to guard for Ground moves. Jolteon covers for Ice/Water Pokemon that could potentially take down both Salamence and Infernape. Shadow Ball is also to cover for Infernape's Psychic weakness.

Infernape @Muscle Band
infernape.png

Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/ 232 Spe/ 24 SpA
Nature: Lonely
~Flare Blitz
~Stealth Rock
~Close Combat
~Stone Edge
The first thing you're probably wondering is why a Muscle Band? Well I don't enjoy Choice items because of being trapped in one move Type until I switch out, especially if I have to clutch something, so 10% boost will have to do. If I feel like putting up some rocks then I will do so as long as I don't die if I do. Flare Blitz and Close Combat is for a delicious STAB. Stone Edge is to deal with Dragon/Flying types such as Salamence or Dragonite.

I would definitely suggest replacing Jolteon and Infernape's items with Life Orb for greater damage output.
Persim Berry can be changed to Lum Berry if you want Mence to be able to absorb other statuses that might hinder his sweep (such as burn and paralysis).
Also, HP Ice is considerably less useful on Jolteon than HP Fighting.
Modest Life Orb Thunderbolt always OHKOs 0 HP/0 SDef Naive Salamence after Stealth Rock damage (79.5% - 94.0%).
Modest Life Orb HP Ice only does 28.4% - 33.6% on 4 HP/ 0 SDef Jolly Tyranitar, whereas Modest Hidden Power Fighting does 113.5% - 134% (both calcs are slightly off because I didn't take into consideration the legal IVs required to make the Hidden Powers legal on MetalKid's Damage Calculator, but the point is still valid). HP Fighting also does more to Steels and Blissey (21.0% - 24.9% rather than 10.5% - 12.5%), though you do lose against Gliscor (who is less common than Tyranitar) without HP Ice.
I think you would be better off changing your Smeargle from the Belly Drum Passer set to a version that can put your opponent to sleep with Spore and also set up SR or Spikes. You would be better off with Infernape running Fire Blast or Overheat over Flare Blitz and Grass Knot, U-Turn, or HP Ice over Stealth Rock (your current EV spread makes no sense right now, seeing that Nape currently isn't carrying any special attacks).
I highly suggest you look at the Smogon analyses of your Pokemon to help you make more sensible natures, items, and move sets on them.
Good luck!
