Hi guys. I made a brilliant team recently which has proven to be powerful.
The strategy:
  1. Lead with skarmory or slowbro as a bulky lead. From there, either set up stealth rocks with skarmory or trick room with M-slowbro. If you have to, swap into ninetales and resume from step
  2. Sweep with slowbro, once it dies or gets threatened out swap into ninetales and resume step, or continue whirlwinding with skarmory until it dies/gets threatened out
  3. Swap into ninetales and put the sun up. From there, sweep! If you are threatened out, try go into roserade or lucario.
  4. Do your best to keep the sun up, it works with every pokemon except Feraligatr and Skarmory. From this point, your free to do whatever you want, however remember that the sun is the key to winning.

Ninetales @ Assault Vest
Ability: Drought
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Extrasensory
- Solar Beam
- Dark Pulse
Purpose: Sets the sun up/sweeper
If you want to, run heat rock or life orb. As long as your healthy and attacking, there is nothing to worry about. Just remember, sun+flamethrower+STAB hurts, so if you have to use a neutral move use this!

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
Purpose: Late game sweeper when sun runs out
Feraligatr has the pure role of crushing any late game mons that have been weakened throughout the battle. It is also handy when you lose the sun, roserade and ninetales. Set up one D-Dance and your good to go!

Roserade @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Weather Ball
- Solar Beam
- Sunny Day
- Sludge Bomb
Purpose: sun set up/mid game sweeper/defensive wall counter
A sun+weather ball from roserade is unpredictable and scary, with its base 100 boost. Put it this way.
252 SpA Roserade Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Filter Mega Aggron in Sun: 288-339 (83.7 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Yeah. scary. Also sludge bomb hurts. 252 SpA Roserade Sludge Bomb vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Altaria: 276-326 (77.9 - 92%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Slowbro-Mega @ Slowbronite
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flamethrower
- Slack Off
- Scald
- Trick Room
Purpose: Special attacking sweeper/Bulky wall
Slowbro is this teams bulky sweeper. Trick Room to mess with speed so you can go first, STAB scald for damage and burns, flamethrower for functionality in sun and slack off for health restoring.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Blaze Kick
- Crunch
- Drain Punch
- Bullet Punch
Purpose: Mid or late game sweeper
If you want, you can replace bullet punch with Extreme speed. Blaze kick enables functionality in the sun, Drain/bullet punch for STAB and recovery and crunch is for psychic/ghost coverage. It works well against ghost types as a good counter. It is also a brilliant swap into an incoming knock off - losing a life orb for 1.5x attack is really worth it.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Steel Wing
Purpose: Wall/Stealth rocker
Skarmory is a bit trolly :P yet still functions well with this team. It is immune to ground, which is not resisted on this team and immune for toxic, which this team suffers from majorly. Steel wing is just in case you get taunted, one of Skarmory's flaws, yet it surprisingly works well against fairies.
0 Atk Skarmory Steel Wing vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Sylveon: 180-212 (45.6 - 53.8%) -- 41.4% chance to 2HKO

Please rate this team, I really enjoy it and you will too.
P.S. How do you make sub-sections such as a justification section?

I think you need more things to abuse the sun. Roserade's Weather Ball is cool, but base 90 speed is slow. I'd suggest Venusaur:
Venusaur (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Growth
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb

Typically, sun uses speed and power to overwhelm the opponent. Your team is very slow and requires a bit of setting up. The sun doesn't benefit Slowbro or Feraligator at all.

Lucario running Blaze Kick is not that good. The chance to miss and only being boosted by 1.5 in the sun is just not worth it. Swords Dance is a better choice. Close Combat is a better and more rewarding choice for Lucario for immediate power over Drain Punch. Due to Lucario being rather slow, Extremespeed > Bullet Punch 9 times out of 10 simply to outprioritize other priority.

Calm Mind > Trick Room for Slowbro because your team isn't fast, but it isn't slow either. You're not running a TR team. It's a waste to have it. Going first with Slowbro's pretty meh SpAtk doesn't mean anything. Max HP and Max Def is the best set. It's better to have max HP over max Def/ SpDef if anything just because overall bulk is much better than specific bulk in every scenario.

Skarmory should have Iron Head > Steel Wing.

Ninetales is not a good sun setter. There's a reason it gets little usage. With the introduction of Mega Charizard Y, it is COMPLETELY outclassed.

I also recommend hazard removal, as your team cannot team with it at all.

Overall, I don't think this is really a good sun team. There are a lot of flaws with it. It doesn't abuse the sun like it should and it suffers a lot of weaknesses like speed. Trick Room on one mon will not save you. If you want Trick Room, run a Trick Room team. If you want run, run a sun team. You try to juggle a sun team with 2 (TWO) water types.

I suggest a complete overhaul and research into Trick Room Teams and/ or Sun Teams and learning what makes them good. Currently, your team needs a lot of work.
