Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Levitate
Adamant [+Atk -Sp.Atk]
82 HP | 252 Atk | 176 Spd
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- U-Turn

Flygon can normaly switch in safely on alot of Pokemon. Why I chose him to be part of my team. He's also fast with a Choice Scarf and him learning Outrage for quick revenge kills is too hard to pass up. Earthquake is a good Heatran and Jirachi killer or any other Pokemon weak to Ground. Stone Edge to help counter Gyarados or any other Pokemon weak to Rock. U-Turn to scout the opponents team and also counters threats such as Celebi. 82 HP to up his survivability, 252 Atk for boosted hits and STAB, also give Fire Punch more of a hit on Scizor, and 176 Spd EVs to give me around a base speed of 420 with Choice Scarf.

Weak To: Ice x4, Dragon x2
Resistant To: Fire 1/2, Poison 1/2, Rock 1/2
Immune To: Ground x0, Electric x0

Latias @ Life Orb
Levitate
Timid [+Spd -Atk]
148 HP | 108 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover

After one Calm Mind Latias is capable of OHKOing Scizor after a Stealth Rock has been set up. Dragon Pulse helps counters things such as Flygon and Salamence. Recover for any heavy damage I have taken. With 148 HP EVs to wall Sp.Atk's better, 108 Sp.Atk to boost my attacks and OHKO Scizor, Salamence, Flygon, and so on after a Calm Mind, and 252 Spd EVs to outspeed anything slower then Latias and possibly tie up with other Latias's and Gengar's.

Weak To: Bug x2, Ghost x2, Ice x2, Dragon x2, Dark x2
Resistant To: Grass 1/2, Fighting 1/2, Fire 1/2, Psychic 1/2, Electric 1/2, Water 1/2
Immune To: Ground x0

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Volt Absorb
Timid [+Spd -Def]
6 Def | 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
- Shadow Ball
- Signal Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunderbolt

Shadow Ball helps counter Celebi and Gengar, or any other Psychic, Ghost, or Dark type. Signal Beam can OHKO Celebi, HP [Grass] helps counter Swampert and other water types weak to Grass. Thunderbolt for STAB and helps cover more. Choice Specs and 252 Sp.Atk EVs ensures an almost OHKO on anything super effective by my moveset. 252 Spd EVs to help outspeed most Pokemon, 6 Def EVs to ensure a little more survivability against physical hits.

Weak To: Ground x2
Resistant To: Steel 1/2, Flying 1/2
Immune To: Electric x0

No glaring weaknesses. Although Jolly Gyara could have some fun with this team. For some reason you mentioned Roar on Swampert, but I don't see it all. I'd actually drop Avalanche and Stone Edge and replace it with Waterfall and Roar. Most Mences these days seem to be mixed. If they are then Pert will die and you can revenge kill with Gon. LO Scizor just doesn't cut it and the little power you're losing could cost you if you ever find yourself in a tight spot. I'd suggest droping either Flygon or Jolteon, changing Jirachi to Jolly and giving him Ice and ThunderPunch over Trick and Fire punch, and making Scizor banded. I am not a big user of Jirachi so maybe someone could tell you the better set for a Jolly one. If you don't want to drop Flygon then I'd drop Jolteon for a SubTran with Grass Knot. It would deal with basically everything Jolteon would and you'd still have to revenge killers, Flygon and Jirachi, to deal with any pesky problems.

I hope that was of some help. See you around.
