I've had a reasonable amount of success with this team on both Showdown and Pokémon online, although I feel it may need a few tweaks to make it incredibly successful. Any rates, comments and fixes are much appreciated.
The Team
Greninja Focus Sash/Life Orb Timid/Naïve (Protean)
4HP/252 Sp Attack/252 Speed
Hydro Pump
Dark Pulse
Ice Beam
Spikes/Taunt/U-Turn
Originally built to be a suicide lead, Defog has also allowed me to bring Greninja in mid game with it's sash still intact and act as an offensive spiker. Greninja's movepool, Protean and speed allow it to devastate many a pokemon that is weak to any of my chosen attacks as well as put a dent into anything that is neutrally hit by said move. Greninja is especially effective against most Rapid Spin/Defog users allowing me to resume spiking once they are eliminated. In terms of offensive attacks, Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse and Ice Beam can't really be bettered when combined with Protean. Spikes allows hazard setup, although I did test taunt to prevent baton pass chains and hazard set up although it proved less effective. U-Turn was used when I was playing with Life Orb over Focus Sash.
Ferrothorn Leftovers Relaxed
252HP/88Def/168 Sp Def
Power Whip
Stealth Rock
Thunder Wave
Leech Seed
I don't have a lot to say about this set to be honest. Power Whip is a pretty good move to deal with water types and almost always puts a small dent into things. Stealth Rock is there to compliment Spikes so nothing escapes some sort of passive damage. Thunder Wave is good to cripple fast threats and Talonflame/Heatran switch ins and Leech Seed is there to heal Ferrothorn and inflict extra passive damage.
Rotom-W @Choice Scarf Timid
4HP/252 Sp Attack/252 Speed
Thunderbolt/HP Ice
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Trick
This set surprises opposing Greninja's, offensive Excadrill's, Talonflame (non-boosted), non-boosted dragons and defensive pokemon by either outrunning them or crippling them with Trick. Volt Switch is an effective move to use on a opponents switch and damages the opponent when switching yourself. I've found Thunderbolt to be slightly more effective than HP Ice if only to ensure the disposal of the likes of Greninja, Keldeo, Talonflame, Mega Gyarados e.t.c. all of which could setup on or cause huge damage to a switch in if Volt Switch does not KO, although having an x4 effective move against dragon's has been a little useful. Hydro Pump is it's hardest hitting STAB move and finally Trick to cripple defensive pokemon (Blissey, Ferrothorn e.t.c.)
Heatran Air Balloon Calm
252HP/16Sp Attack/240Sp Def
Lava Plume
Earth Power
Will-O-Wisp
Toxic
Double status Heatran isn't as bad as it may first seem. Will-O-Wisp cripples the physical checks to Heatran (particularly those that carry EQ) by forcing them to attack with another move first leaving them open to having their attack skewered, whilst Toxic cripples the defensive behemoths that wall Heatran (Blissey/Chansey/Gastrodon e.t.c). Earth Power is there purely to damage opposing Heatran as well as take that last little bit off a Tyranitar and Lava Plume is there for STAB and a potential burn chance as well.
Aegislash Leftovers Adamant
248HP/252 Attack/8 Speed
Shadow Sneak
Swords Dance
Sacred Sword
King's Shield
A standard Aegislash to be honest. King's Shield is basically a protect that cripples physical attackers (bar those with defiant.) Swords Dance to boost it's attack on an opponents switch e.t.c. Shadow Sneak destroys Gengar's, Alakazam's and brutally damages other psychic and ghost pokemon and Sacred Sword deals with the Steel Types. 8 Speed EV's ensures that I win the speed tie against all standard Aegislash.
Salamence Life Orb Naïve (Moxie/Intimidate)
4HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
Dragon Dance
Outrage/Dragon Claw
EQ
Iron Tail/Steel Wing
Probably the most controversial choice of moveset but i'll explain why it works well on my team. With Ferrothorn/Skarmory already preapared for I can afford to forgo Fire Blast in order to defeat the faries that would otherwise end my sweep. Dragon Dance turns Salamence into a total powerhouse, Outrage is still on this set despite the fairies immunity to it. EQ destroys practically all steels and Iron Tail/Steel Wing are there to hit all opposing fairies for the KO except Klefki (EQ) and Azumarill (EQ is the best and only move Salamence can use against it). Moxie serves to ramp up Salamence's attack on a KO and as fairies will most likely switch into it (EQ can't reliably kill most of them even at +1), they will be surprised to be eliminated by a steel move which may allow Salamence to destroy a team.
