ORAS OU First OU Team

After many Trial'n'Error, here it is, my First Competitive Team.
Charizard is my favourite Pokemon, since Gen 1. So I buildet my Team around him.

PS: Im from Germany, so excuse my Bad English please :)

i_drive_a_raikou_by_sareii-d31ysvj.png

Raikou (Sabertooth) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+ Spe, - Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Substitute

Raikou is my Lead here. Maybe unuseual, but 'till now it Works for me.
While the oppent is laying Entry-Harzads, I can summon a Substitue and Boost him with Calm Mind. If the oppenent don't OHKO the Substitute, I Boost him so high as I can manage.
Thunderbolt is STAB and Hidden Power Ice is for everything that resist his STAB (mainly Ground/Dragon-Types).
EVs and Nature to hit fast and Hard as possible.

Charizard (Shru'kan) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze/Drought
EVs: 4 SpD / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IV: 0 Attack
Modest Nature (+ SpA, - Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Focus blast
- Roost

This my main Attacker/Wallbreaker. I choosed STAB Flamethrower over Flame Blast because I want an Attack with 100% Accuracy. With his Modest Nature he Hits very hard though.
The Rest is pretty much Standart.
Solar Beam for Water and Ground-Types, Focus-Blast for Dark-, Rock-Types and Heatren.
And Finally Roost for Recover, to keep him as long as possible alive.

Scizor (Iron Mike)@ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Pursuit
- Swords Dance

He's hard like Steel and he Punches and Bites his enemys, just like "Iron" Mike Tyson.^^
My Pursuiter and Physical Sword's Dancer. EVs and Nature, like before, to hit hard as possible. I choosed every Move to profit from his Ability. Bullet Punch is his main priority STAB. Bug Bite is second STAB and Deals more damage. Pursuit is to trap Psychick-Types (Mainly Lati-Twins, that would Wall Charizard) and finsh an oppenent If I expect a Switch.
I choosed Sitrus Berry over Life-Orb, because If right Played, I can Sword's Dance one or two Times, before the Berry kicks in (or the openent Switch) and i Start to attack.

shinyskarmonecky_by_shawarmachine-d96i060.png

Skarmory (Starscream) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature (+ Def, - SpA)
- Roost
- Spikes
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind

My physical Wall and hes doing his Job very well. He absorbs physical Attacks like a Sponge, Even when super-effective. A Fake-out Lets the Enemy usually get more Damage then him, thanks to Rocky Helmet.
Usally I Lay out Spikes whenever I can and Whirlwind to the end.
Brave Bird is to not be trapped in Taunt and it is a powerfull Atack as well.
Roost to keep the Wall healthy.
In case of Special Sweepers, there is Nothing Else to do, then a Switch, but Thats ok for me, so far.
I Used Slowbro here before, but in my opinion he has too many Common weaknesses. (Especially Knock-Off)

sylveon_by_whitephox-d5v8o20.jpg

Sylveon (Maria) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
Evs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Def
Bold Nature (+Def, - Atk)
- Hyper Voice
- Toxic
- Wish
- Heal Bell

My Cleric/Wishpasser/Special Wall. Heal Bell and Wish is to keep my Team Healthy and Prevent Scizor being useless after being Burned. Toxic is Self-explaining and Hyper Voice is a Powerfull STAB.
EV's and Nature for take Hits on both sides. Physical and Special. Walls everything pretty good that isn't Steel. HP Investments are Used for excellent Wishpasser abilitys too. In adversity I can use Wish and switch-In Charizard even when there Are Stealth Rocks on my Side.
I Used Clefable before, but I can work better with Sylveon here.

latias_by_atryl-d7htzp3.png

Latias (Leliana) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost

Last but not Least. Latias my Offensive Defog-Support. Maybe the Most importent Partner for Charizard. Timid Nature and Speed EVs to clear the Field of Entry-Harzards and Heal succesfull. Draco Meteor with Life-Orb for an enormus Powerful STAB, that OHKO's nearly anny Dragon-Type and Psyshock in case of Special Walls, that would Counter Latias.
Im thinking of changing Roost to Wish, to make her more Supportive.

Thats it. Thanks for Reading

I have tried a Lot of Pokemon to Build a good Team around my Charizard-Y. This is to the moment, the best I tried out.

Im thankfull to every constructive criticism.

If I made Something wrong, or Breaked the Rules somehow, let me Know, but please be kind :)

Hi SamirAlija ! Welcome to the OU metagame. I see that you're new to the tier, but I'll try and improve this team to make it even better than it is before.

Overview

I feel as if a bit of the team beats out another part. An example would be Skarmory having Spikes, but a Latias with Defog. This is completely counterproductive, and in such a department, you'd be better off running something like Stealth Rock, which is far more reliable in this meta. Items and Pokémon choices may be a bit off too.

Threats / Weaknesses & How to Deal With Them

530.gif
- Be it Choice Scarf or in Sand, Excadrill can tear apart this team. Your best way to deal with is to keep Skarmory (or Landorus-Therian as I suggest below) healthy for Excadrill.

006-mega-x.gif
- With one Dragon Dance, Mega Zard X can easily sweep your team. That's not good. To help remedy this issue, I'd go for a Landorus-Therian over Skarmory. Landorus-Therian still checks Excadrill, still sets up rocks, but it has the momentum for the team, beats Talonflame and Zard X too.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

286.gif
- Now, I wouldn't call this much of a "threat," rather it's just annoying. Scarf Breloom can come in and Spore something whenever it wants, or kill something with its other 3 moveslots (Force Palm, Bullet Seed, Rock Tomb). To help with this annoyance, you can add on Celebi over Sylveon. It provides speed control and can Healing Wish to give Charizard, Raikou, etc. another chance.
Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 84 SpD / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
- Healing Wish

625.gif
646-black.gif
- Due to me adding Landorus-Therian, Bisharp is now a big threat. I would probably go Keldeo over Scizor mainly because Keldeo beats Weavile for the team as Scizor would too. Keldeo also provides a nice check to Bisharp, annoying bulkier grounds like Hippowdon, or Kyurem-Black; another big issue.
Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast

*Focus Blast will OHKO Kyurem-Black unlike Secret Sword, which comes into play if the Kyurem is scarfed (it would then outspeed and kill you but you can then outspeed and kill it).

----

As far as movesets go, these sets are pretty much fine to me, so I have no need to change any moves.

Thanks this helps a lot. I will try some Battles with Landorus and Keldeo.
Im not sure about Celebi over Sylveon but I will Give it a try too :)

Yo nice balence team you got here. I will try to make my changes to ur team more balence.

First thing I noticed you dont have a stealth rock setter on ur team. I suggest to run stealth rocks over spikes as stealth rocks hit more pokemons then spikes like flying types and Levitate mons.

Another thing you should do is run clefable over sylveon. Clefable will still be a nice heal bell wish support cleric user like sylveon but clefable has the ability unaware which will allow you to stop mons that wanna set up and sweep your team.

Another suggestion i have is too run choice band tyranitar over scizor. Tyranitar will still be able to pursuit while at the same time tyranitar will deal with stall better. Tyranitar deals with stall better because stall dosent really have a mon that resist the stone edge + crunch so u should be able to 2 hit ko everything on stall teams

036.png

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 52 Def / 204 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heal Bell
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
248.png

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 100 HP / 252 Atk / 156 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Superpower
- Pursuit
Changes In Short:
700.png
<
036.png
Clefable does what sylveon does but can also stop set up sweepers
227.png
Stealth rocks > spikes hits more stuff in the game
248.png
>
212.png
still pursuit trap while breaking stall
