first OU( with one UU) RMT

Hi, I'm new here so I might make mistakes. This team revolves around Dugtrio. I used this team for about 15 matches and lost like 5 because I'm new to this competitive battles. RMT please!

My lead. Stealth Rock one first turn then take out opponents lead and other pokemon. Bullet Punch is for Focus Sash users like Aerodactyl for taking it out before getting a hit. Earthquake is for Infernape. Explosion is when opponents pokemon is a trouble to my team. After it Stealth Rocks, and it faints I switch to Skarmory so it can put spikes. After that with Spikes and Stealth Rock supports, my sweepers can sweep.

My Spiker. When switched, it spikes for 3 turns. Also it scouts the opponents team with Whilwind and Roost to heal. After spiking for 3 turns then I switch to Gyarados or Jolteon for sweeping the opponents team.

My Attacking Sweeper. After switched from Skarmory, It sweeps with Spikes and Stealth Rock Support after it dragon dances. It will take out most pokemons and if a Jolteonis switched in, I just switch out for Dugtrio or Jolteon. So he takes out many strong pokemons to make it easier for Dugtrio to end the game.

My Special wall. He is to take out many special attackers that are problems to my team like Heatran. So far he is doing better than I thought. Rest if HP is low then sleeptalk. The only problem is Salamence and Gyarados so I just switch out for Jolteon.

Yes I know it is missing Hidden Power but I already used it so I just switched it to Signel Beam to take out Grass Pokemons. It usually takes out pokemons that are trouble to my team like Gyarados and if lucky Salamence but Salamence is usually taken out by Jolteon AND Gyarados. Baton Pass it my Utility move for Dry passing for pursuit users.

Revenge killer and STAR of the team. With Stealth rock and Spikes and most pokemon taken out, Dugtrio sweeps the surviving pokes. I used Choice Band since I used Life Orb on Gyarados.

The first pokemon i thought up was Dugtrio since it is one of my favorites. Then came supports like Spikes and Stealth Rock so I though Spikes are for Skarmory and Stealth Rock for Metagross and Metagross makes a good lead. Then my Snorlax as special wall since it is my favorite SpDEF pokemon. Then the Sweepers, Jolteon for special because I love evees and Jolteon is my favorite of evees. Then Gyarados since I don't like Salamence and I needed water physical attacker.

There u go my team. I don't know if I made any mistakes so feel free to correct me.
I'm open for suggestions that can improve my team in competitive battles!

You absolutely don't want to use Dugtrio IMO. I don't even know what you're revenge killing, considering Heatran could have Scarf, and Blisseys run Protect/Wish will easily stall you out. Another issue is that the second you Earthquake, DDMence comes in and gives you absolute complete hell. DDGyarados does too, but to a lesser extent unless it's running Jolly.

The rest of the team is fine except for the fact that opposing Swamperts will annoy the shit out of you, and last poke Curesperts could outright win after Metagross kabooms early game. I'd add Hidden Power Grass on Jolteon honestly, over Signal Beam, seeing as how Shadow Ball still 2HKO Celebi.

As for replacing Dugtrio, something to help the entire team rather would be Scizor or Jirachi, two better potent revenge killers IMO. They also help against Latias greatly, who could possibly win out your team by simply Calm Minding. Scizor is just in general useful and works well with Jolteon whereas Jirachi covers about all your threats to be checked (the aforementioned Dragon Dancers.)
