Alright, my first time here so if I screw up something take it easy. I've gone through dozens of shoddy teams ranging from standards to stalls to weathers.
I'm trying something different with a semi-bulky sweeper team which has either done really well or crashed and burned with a mispredict.

Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest
~Shadow Ball
~Thunderbolt
~Focus Blast
~Hidden Power [Ice]
In my opinion, one of the best leads out there at this point in standard play. The only thing I've come across that effectively counters this scarfgar is either bronzong or another scarfgar. This guy also functions as my staple revenge killer, which is why I opted to keep off hypnosis.

Gallade @ Expert Belt
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 154 HP/252 Atk/104 Spd
Adamant
~Close Combat
~Swords Dance
~Shadow Sneak
~Ice Punch
Alright, basically the bulky early game sweeper. Comes in on blisseys that gengar can lure out early on. I never bring him in right away fearing twave, but when gengar comes in the second or third time around. Swords dance + massive bulk + great move pool will dent team walls like hera without having to fear gliscor. Shadow sneak is in there over night slash for a couple reasons: 1. needed a priority move, 2. turns him into half scizor half hera, 3. picks off unsuspecting scarfgars, scarfmies, and scarfzelfs

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/138 Spd
Naughty
~Fire Blast
~Dragon Claw
~Dragon Dance
~Earthquake
First off, I use him as a wall breaker. Kind of a mixmence, just not as mixed. He can OHKO skarms without anything put into SAtk, but havn't run any calcs yet to know what he can do to bronzongs so I just used the standard DDmence spread. When I get the time to sit down and run more calcs I'll be able get this spread all set.

Garchomp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 16 HP/252 Atk/240 Spd
Jolly
- Swords Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Fang
- Earthquake
To be blunt, the most successful late game sweeper I've ever used and ever seen used. Swords dance outrage just wrecks crippled teams. Couple that with a lum and you've got yourself 4 turns of pain. On the contrary, the lum can be used against an oncoming will-o-wisp or hypnosis. A little extra bulkiness lets him survive random ice beams so he can get that needed swords dance off too. Depending on how the game is being played out though, I can use him as my early game and salamence as my late game.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/54 SAtk
Relaxed
~Earthquake
~Stealth Rock
~Ice Beam
~Hydro Pump
The standard mixpert that comes in on blissey and lets loose. This guys one of the bulky hitters on the team that can break walls and slay dragons. I need a lot of help with him though as I might need to ditch ice beam for roar on either him or vaporeon since phazing seems like a necessity sometimes. He's a crucial wall breaker and tank though like I said, and needs to stay alive.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP/252 Def/68 SAtk
Bold
~Ice Beam
~Surf
~Wish
~Protect
The only team member that isn't offensively geared. He slays dragons, scouts choicers, wish passes, and takes hits in general. The only thing I'm concerned about is having a phazer on this team because of the rising curselax usage. What worries me is that if I take out ice beam then it's up to swampert to slay dragons without the need to sacrifice and revenge kill with gengar. If I take off surf then I lose my best infernape counter and just the overall stab move. If I take off protect then I just ruin the whole point of vaporeon. I need some advice on this one.

Alright, sooo there it is. I basically can't even scratch cresselia, but thankfully the things in a bit of a recession. I also realize the whole thing is pretty unoriginal. All help is appreciated. I'm gonna take a stab at making a threat list too, but it might not come out that great. The top 20 most used on shoddy this month
---
Garchomp: gengar, swampert and vaporeon (last two for now until I figure out if I want roar on one of them or not)

Blissey: swampert and gallade...i guess garchomp if crippled and under a swords dance

Gengar: scarfgar and gallade with a raw shadow sneak

Gyarados: scarfgar alone, especially since 9/10 gyaras with a DD or two think they outspeed everything

Tyranitar: swampert is all I really need, but vaporeon could work on non boahs, gallade if not twaved, gengar if I have to

Lucario: scarfgar pretty much just owns lucario...

Heatran: vaporeon and swampert easily, gallade and garchomp to an extent, scarfgar if it has a scarf itself,

Metagross: swampert, vaporeon, and garchomp take it pretty easily

Salamence: swampert and vaporeon can usually survive a draco meteor and ice beam right back at it, scarfgar, garchomp...

Bronzong:
I'd need to play with the EV's but salamence should eventually be able to OHKO or 2HKO with a raw fire blast, gallade 2HKO's with close combat on it's own, swampert can handle it with timely hydro pumps

Infernape: vaporeon should be able to handle it very easily taking minimum grass knots but only if I keep surf

Swampert: he's tricky, but scarfgar eventually does him in with shadow ball...swampert can counter himself too

Weavile:
scarfgar, swampert

Skarmory:
basically everyone except garchomp and gallade

Forretress: same thing as skarm

Gliscor:
another tricky one, but gallade can hammer him on the switch...otherwise its up to vaporeon, swampert, and gengar

Cresselia:
the only thing I can't touch...

Starmie: gallade in all cases, sometimes scarfgar

Breloom:
salamence if still around, otherwise gallade, gengar, and garchomp are the best I have

Heracross:
swampert and vaporeon...if banded i'll have a little trouble without vaporeon scouting the attack...

ScarfGar is frail and can't counter a lot of the things you're saying it could. It definitely does not counter Weavile, doesn't like Gyaradoss Waterfall (and not all Gyarados are DDers), and is OHKOed by Lucario's Crunch or Dark Pulse, especially since they know you have Gengar since you're leading with it.

Roserade and Mamoswine are now OU and can give you problems.

ScarfRade easily survives an HP Ice from Gengar and OHKOs with Shadow Ball. Its own HP Ice takes care of Mence and Chomp while everything else is hurt by Leaf Storm.

Gengar can sort of deal with CB Mamoswine, but it's shaky really. Ice Shard falls short of a 2HKO but will do the job if you take Stealth Rock or Sandstorm damage. It can OHKO or 2HKO everything else with its STAB moves.

So Swampert and Vaporeon are both pretty important, but they can only go so far and don't provide much resistance coverage.

I'd use Life Orb over Expert Belt on Gallade If u dont have 4 moves to attack with. Or Leaf Blade over Swords dance if you really like your expert belt.

Also you should have something that can switch in against the common weaknesses of your team... Ice, Grass, Ghost.

Can I suggest Scizor? He can also deal with Mamoswine and Roserade that Aragornbird mencioned.

nothing on your team actually takes status, so basically you have to sacrifice one poke to sleep, and when a poke gets twaved/burned, its for good.

Adding a ResTalker like Heatran or Machamp would help with the status problem Gorm pointed out, and would go nicely with your bulky sweeper theme. Heatran walls Roserade, though it wouldn't help against your Mamoswine weakness.

For Salamence, I run this spread for my Mix DDmence. Naive, 32 HP / 252 Atk / 60 SpAtk / 164 speed. You outspeed everything up to Scarfchomp after 1 DD, easily OHKO Skarm and Forretress with Fire Blast and 2HKO even Max HP / Max SpDef Bronzong. 32 HP hits 339, which is optimal for Life Orb.
