First post, Rate my OU Shoddy Team plz

I've done a couple of tests with this team and I have no insight about the metagame so please rate my team whether it is suitable enough to compete.

Flygon (Choice Band)
Adament, 252 ATK 252 SPD 6 HP levitate
Outrage
Fire Punch
Earthquake
U Turn
(Since many people use strong pokemon which are weakened by most of these attacks as above, I decided to use this as a one hit lead killer)

Azumarill (Liechi Berry)
Adament, 252 ATK 252 HP 6 DEF huge power
Aqua Jet
Ice Punch
Substitute
Focus Punch
(Azu is my major pokemon. She can make 101Hp Subs to counter Blissey with a focus punch. Also liechi ups her attack so she can swiftly deal damage with aqua jet)

Hitmontop (Life Orb)
Adament 252 ATK 252 HP 6 SDEF techinician
Mach Punch
Fake Out
Rapid Spin
Aerial Ace
(Known as technitop, its main objective is to deal damage heavily and quickly until it faints and a remover of spikes)

Metagross (Focus Sash)
Adament 252 ATK 128 DEF 128 SDEF clear body
Bullet Punch
Earthquake
Thunder Punch
Explosion
(I never knew that explosion would be so powerful. A decent defender)

Cresselia (Leftovers)
Calm 252 HP 252 DEF 6 SATK levitate
Ice Beam
Hidden Power(ground)
Moonlight
Calm Mind
(Also a decent wall. HP ground is a great surprise exp for heatran and magneton)

Absol (Scope Lens)
Jolly 252 ATK 252 SPD 6 HP super luck
Night Slash
Sucker Punch
Fake out
Psycho Cut
(psy Cut for countering fighting types. This 6th poke is the most dilemma. I cant decide!!!)


i havent played pokemon for ove 5 years so I have shallow experience of pokemon. Plz help me fix this team.
 
AKIM0001, you need serious help in poke'mon. Try to sign up on the next round of Battling 101 (which should start mid-september).

Scrap this team. I can help you make a new team on the #smogon-wiki (because its typically empty) IRC channel.

No problem here, However I'd strongly suggest Choice Scarf over Band, as it gives you the slip on several faster pokemon, allows you to scout more and makes trickscarfers useless.

Don't invest in HP EV's for sub-berry pokemon, since it just makes subs harder to break and honestly azumarril isn't the kind of pokemon who'd benefit from sub-berry sets, replace it with leftovers and replace aqua jet with waterfall.

Lefties over life orb on spinners, this pokemon isn't doing much damage so you want to focus more on it's HP than it's damage.

Metagross (Focus Sash)

Awful EV spread, you want 252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spe. Never use focus sash if you're running HP or defense evs since it makes focus sash redundant. Lefties or choice band instead, and add Meteor mash over bullet punch or thunderpunch.

Cresselia (Leftovers)
Calm 252 HP 252 DEF 6 SATK levitate
Ice Beam
Hidden Power(ground)
Moonlight
Calm Mind

Cresselia isn't seen much in OU anymore and for good reason - It dies to both scizor and heatran very easily. But if you insist on it go for a bold nature and don't use moonlight unless you have something to bring up the sun or clear the weather.

Choice band this and use superpower over fake out, scope lens isn't very helpful and absols crit ratio is very high either way.

As said above, you should apply for battling 101.

I'm not good with suggesting pokemon but if Azumarill is your teams core then i'd suggest adding wish support and bulky pokemon around it to support it. I'd remove the five other pokemon and add Vaporeon in, as it provides wish support, status support in toxic, scares gyarados which can wall azumarill and gives you a bulky water friend to back you up. From there i'd cover those two grass/elec weaknesses with heatran and scizor, as examples.

One motto I like to rely on when rating teams is "If the pokemon can die to both scizor and heatran, it's not worth using in OU" (Latias being the obviou exception).

Good luck with future teams and I implore you to join the battling 101 program.
 
thx for the rates, but I cant make time for the 101 or irc.
But I will keep this in mind so that i can make a better in the future
