First RMT, all help is appreciated!

Hey guys, I was feeling a little bit overwhelmed and wanted a little bit of advice on where I should turn to with my team. I know it has its flaws, but I just need a little help fixing them. I'm open to putting 5th gen pokemon on this team, and while I know the good ones and the ones that give me trouble, I'm unsure of what would really fit well on this team. Thanks!

---

Aerodactyl (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6 Hp
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SpAtk)
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake

I am particularly fond of this lead because it has been successful, for the most part, as a suicide lead. It's first and foremost job is to Taunt if the opponent is setting up as well or using Stealth Rocks if they aren't. But, you probably know that, so let's move on.

Raikou @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd/ 6 Hp
Nature: Rash (+SpAtk, -SpDef), because Calm doesn't work w/ Aura Sphere on Pokemon Online
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Change
-Calm Mind
-Aura Sphere

I was in need of an electric type Poke when I decided to add this guy on my team. He does very well against anything non-resistant, but has terrible defenses, even when hit with a neutral move. Volt Change is also helpful in sticky situations.

---

Swellow (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EV's: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6 Hp
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SpAtk)
-Brave Bird
-Facade
-U-Turn
-Protect

This is just the plain Toxic Orb Swellow set, but I decided to use Protect because it ensures that Swellow gets poisoned w/o getting hit. When set-up, this Poke is a force to be reckoned with and I pull off a lot of sweeps with it.

---

Blaziken (M) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Speed Boost
EV's: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6 Def
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk)
-Swords Dance
-Sky Uppercut
-Flare Blitz
-Rest

After learning that Speed Boost and Baton Pass is illegal on Blaziken, I was having a little trouble finding a move to put in the fourth slot. I was also finding that Flare Blitz was draining too much Hp to actually make it viable when trying to kill multiple Pokes. So, I figured that Rest and Chesto Berry would be helpful in a few ways. It can let me set up the Swords Dance and then return to full health, or it can let me use a few Flare Blitz's and once again, return to full health.

Dusclops (M) @ Evolution Stone
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 252 Def/ 253 SpDef/ 6 SpAtk
Nature: Bold (+Def, -SpDef)
-Will-O-Wisp
-Protect
-Pain Split
-Night Shade

Dusclops is a beast with Evolution Stone. I use this as a physical wall and it works well. I don't remember the exact stats now, but I think that it's defenses reach to around to the 520's with it on. Also, with it's very low Hp, Pain Split is a killer to a lot of walls and even some attackers. I use Will-O-Wisp to induce status and Night Shade as my only offensive move

---

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EV's: 252 Hp/ 252 SpDef/ 6 SpAtk
Nature: Calm (+SpDef, -Atk)
-Surf
-Toxic
-Haze
-Recover

While Dusclops is my physical wall, I use Milotic as my special wall. Once again, it works really well. I use Surf over Scald because I already have Toxic for status. Moving on, I love using Haze against Pokes that think they can set up on me <3. Finally, Recover is useful to restore health and make sure Milotic stays in longer.

Well, that's about it. As I said before any help is appreciated and I'm open to trying anything. Thanks!

P.S. How do you get sprites in the thread. I'm super confused on how to go about doing that and I'm unable to find a clear cut answer. Once again, thanks!

Also, I want to add that I have tested this team on and off for the last 2 moaths or so and have made changes that work. But I'm no metagame expert which is why I turned here. I just wanted to make it clear that this team has been tested and isn't just something I came up with on the spot.

No offense but I feel like Swellow will just get torn apart this generation. If I'm wrong about then I'm sorry (I don't really use it much). And if you're looking for a strong electric type why not use Jolteon? With Volt Absorb you can null or even benefit from and electric attacks aimed at Swellow or Milotic. Its Special Attack and Speed stats are well above average and its defences aren't awful. I don't know if this helps but it's just my opinion. Send me a PM if you would like a great Jolt set.

On your Dusclops, you absolutely must have maximum HP. Lower HP means you damage your opponent more with Pain Split, yes, but you will be much more durable with max HP. Run the calculations for yourself.

Secondly, I am unsure of how well Swellow fares in this metagame infested with Steels, and Rocks. Thankfully Ferrothorn doesn't resist Brave Bird but his Iron Barbs combined with Toxic, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock and Brave Bird recoil means Swellow has maybe two switch-ins, tops.

I love Swellow in UU but it really doesn't cut the mustard in OU. A Pokemon I am having a lot of success with right now is Azumarril, if you want a hard hitting physical attacker, Azumarril is a good choice. With Aqua Jet you can revenge kill plenty of things such as enemy Blaziken, Excadrill, Volcanora. He can finish off plenty more when they are at low HP. It is absolutely required to have a priority move on your team in 5th generation, and Azumarril has one of the best.

Third, Timid nature (if compatible with Aura Sphere) if probably the best nature for Raikou. Without a + Speed nature, you have 329 speed, with Timid, you get 361, which outruns Gengar, Infernape, Terrakoin, Virizion, Keldeon, Tornadus, Thundurus, Lati@s... need I go on? There are plenty of Pokemon you can get the jump on with Timid nature.

Now about the sprites. I used this website, they are animated, like the ones in game.

http://www.arkeis.com/animatedsprites.html

Select the pokemon you want, and it will open in a new tab. Then, COPY the URL.

Come back to your Smogon tab, then click the little button that says Insert Image. PASTE the URL, and there you go, you should have your little Pokemon animation on your team.

Check it out, it's Aerodactyl, flappin' away.

@Bourbon Thanks a lot for the help with the sprites. I will try Azumarril in exchange for Swellow on my team and see how that works out.
