Gyarados @Lum Berry
Adamant Nature
EVs:212hp/100spe/180def/16attk

Waterfall
Dragon Dance
Taunt
Stone Edge

Gyarados with a Lum berry makes for an excellent lead. Things who try to cripple Gyarados from the start, Gyarados Taunts and gets a DD out of it. Waterfall + Stone Edge has execllent coverage, however, Emopleon could wall it, but, there aren'y many in OU, anyway.

Mesprit @Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs:78 HP/252 SpA/180 Spe

Calm Mind
Psychic
HP Fighting

Eh, just CM Mesprit, not much left to say about it.

dpmfa197.png

Umbreon @Leftovers
Sassy Nature
EVs:252hp/252spdef/4def

Baton Pass
Encore
Wish
Mean Look

It traps and passes, nothing more. Encore ensures that Umbreon stays safe until it can pass- in case something tries to setup on it while it's trapping.

Blissey @Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs:252hp/252def/4spdef
Natural Cure

Seismic Toss/Ice Beam
Counter
Softboiled
Aromatherapy

It stops SpecsMence from BRUTALIZING my team. Ice Beam could work for better coverage and a way to kill SpecsMence easier, however, with no spattk EVs, dragons will be all it's able to hit.

BellyZard isn't really effective. SR will most likely be a factor in 90% of your matches, and you lack a spinner.

It really requires to much "care" for him to come in and be effective. Sandstorm is very common so you would need a weather controller, and like I said a spinner is almost a must. I would really just swap him for someone else you think would do well on this team.

Like Kira said BellyZard is hard to use without a spinner. Umbreon also isn't very good either. Anyways your team has Gyarados, Tyranitar, Garchomp (well basically half of OU) weaknesses. Are you trying to make a BellyZard team? If so I can help you out more, but if not I can reccomend other things.

Your supporting core is pretty solid with good prediction you can beat many threats (obviously Heracross can beat it with a good stone edge guess into Gdos or CCombat into Jirachi, but you cover your bases) - Gdos/Jirachi/Blissey/(Mesprit) is the core supporting cast Im referring to btw. The only thing I don't like when I initially look at it is once an opposing Gdos gets a DDance he can get the jump on your Gyarados once you bring it in and can take yours out and then easily set up later in the game for a sweep. Also, with the mesprit set you run you are pretty mixape weak (Especially the CCombat, Tpunch, Overheat, HP:Ice version as it takes out Gdos - standard mixape your gdos CAN take to an extent - which means no stealth rock or sandstorm screwing him over previously).

On that note I do feel Charizard is letting you down like others mentioned. That being said a mixed lucario could help, a mixed infernape could help - as I feel your team is pretty weak to stall teams at the moment. Over Umbreon though. I'm not really sure. Standard Gdos/(Not so standard but should be CC/OVerheat/HPIce/Tpunch) Mixape give you trouble. Its late and all I can think of is starmie. It gives you 3 psychic/part psychics though and makes you more TTar weak then you already are. When its not late Ill try to come back and think about it more to help you out. Hopefully what Ive put down is somewhat helpful for now
