First RMT IV Gen

Hello everyone, i have my very first RMT here, please do correct me if i´m doing anything wrong :/

I guess i´ll just jump right into it, this is kind of a balanced team, both offensive and defensive.

Aerodactyl @ focus sash
Jolly: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Hp(standard lead aerodactyl)
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Rock Slide
-Earthquake

I prefer Aerodactyl leads because SR, speed, and taunt. Rock Slide cuz flinch rate and accuracy. Swampert is cool too, but cant taunt stuff, and does´nt fit into my team quiet well. What I usually do is: Setup some SR, then switch out and save for fodder for later, perhaps even get a free switch-in and do some damage. Thats for short, but here´s some strategies for lead matchups:

Roserade: Taunt it, then set up SR on a predicted switch.

Azelf: Hit it with Rock Slide, if flinch, hit it again. If he Stealth Rocks, i´ll hit it again and kill it. If he attacks me, i´ll just kill him anyways.

Weavile: I outspeed this one too, but it has ice shard, so what i do is, I setup SR as he Ice Punches, Then switch to Suicune and two-hit KO with Surf.

Machamp: Setup SR, take a Dynamicpunch, then switch to Suicune to take the predicted Bullet Punch, and stall him out of Dynamicpunches with substitute.

Aerodactyl: Hit him with Rock Slide twice, If he wins the speed ties, but goes for SR, I win, if not, i loose my aerodactyl, wich kinda sucks :/

Infernape: Switch to suicune predicting Fake Out, then go form there.

Metagross: setup SR, then switch to suicune to take Bullet Punch.

Heatran: Setup SR on the switch, noone would stay in :P

Jirachi: Go straight for Earthquake if he wants to trick me a choice scarf, if not i go to Heatran.

Ninjask: Taunt after the substitute so that he can´t SD nor Baton Pass.

Swampert: Swampert is a big wall to this team, seriously, i always have a hard time taking it out. I usually setup SR, see if he wants to setup or attack me right away, then go for taunt to block SR and Roar, so I can switch into Suicune and setup some Calm Minds to take him down.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Timid: 224 Spe, 252 Hp, 32 SpA
-Calm mind
-Substitute
-Surf
-Roar

Suicune is a great pokemon, as he can take some damage, setup, and sweep. This is a defensive Sub-Calm Mind set, with Roar instead of Ice Beam. Roar is great to have when SR is up, and also stops Baton Passing. Substitute works well for scouting, but also to avoid status like poison and paralyzis. Surf is STAB and has a lot of power. Suicune is great for countering frail sweepers like Lucario, as it can take almost any kind hit, and strike back with surf. Things with low SpD like Hippowdon and Rhyperior are also very afraid of Surf, and must therefore switch out immediately. This set often tricks people into thinking this is an ofensive Cune, because of its high speed. Thats why Roar works so well, as it can change the opponents switch-in, while SR slowly wears them down.

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Adamant: 252 Hp, 252 Atk, 4 Def
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Thunderpunch
-Sucker Punch

This is a Sub-Punching Dusknoir that has some nice functions. Thunderpunch Oh-Kos Gyarados, and deals alot of damage to Starmie and Vaporeon, wich is the pokemon that this set is meant to counter(Though I need a sub to avoid toxic from Vaporeon). Substitute works along with Focus Punch, wich will hit anything hard. I prefer Sucker Punch over Shadow Sneak, cause power and that its hits normal types like Snorlax too.

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Modest: 252 Spe, 252 SpA, 4 Hp
-Fire Blast
-Dragon Pulse
-Earth Power
-Explosion

Just a standard CS Heatran, But I like it anyways. Heatran is here to quickly eliminate threats to my team, like Skarmory, Celebi, Jirachi, Forretress, etc. Modest cause power. Dragon Pulse cause I want an easier way to deal with dragons like Kingdra, Dragonite etc. I´ve got some levitators on this team to get free switch ins from the opponents Ground type moves.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Bold: 252 HP, 148 Def, 40 SpD, 68 Spe
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Psychic
-Lunar Dance

A dual-screening Cress, but with Leftys instead of Light Clay, simply because I want to keep Cresselia alive for a little bit. Screens are always nice to have up, especially if I want to get up a sweep with Suicune. 68 Spe to outspeed Tyranitar and Scizor, and set up reflect to half the damage. Lunar Dance is great to heal my tanks like Dusknoir and Suicune, as they lack a recovery move. This set handles Breloom pretty good too(as long as something is already asleep), as Psychic will always break the sub, and reflect will make his attacks mosquito bites to Cresselia. Unless it has Leech Seed of course

Flygon @ Choice Band
Adamant: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Hp
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-U-turn
-Fire Punch

This Flygon is mainly just meant to do some hefty physical damage to stuff, while tricking my opponent into thinking that it´s scarfed, thus doing alot more damage than he´ll exspect. Outrage Oh-KOs Dragonite, and does a bunch of damage to things that does´nt resist it. Earthquake also Deals alot of damage. U-turn for scouting and Celebi, and Fire Punch for Scizor and stuff like that.

Observed Threats: I´ve seen Swamperts messing with my team, because of its great bulk and my teams lack of grass types. Opposing Suicunes are also a big threat, as I dont really have any super effective things to hit it with. Dusknoir has thunderpunch, but that´s just not enough to take it down.

So thats pretty much it, I´d like all the critizism I can get :D

You really need Light Clay on Cresselia. If you use reflect, then light screen, then switch, you'll only have 2 turns of Reflect. If you want to keep alive longer, then Lunar Dance doesn't make sense. Use moonlight. Also, instead of an Aerodactyl lead, try a Celebi. It can OHKO Swampert with Leaf Storm and set up stealth rocks. I would also experiment with other mixed pokes instead of Flygon.

I say the same as goo, light clay for the screens.
Shadow sneak over sucher punch because you can get roar or paralisis etc.
I've you have tribunas with swamp and cune you can put subtoxictran and scarfgon.

I think you're better off running HP grass than Dragon Pulse on Heatran, because Flygon and +1/+1 Kingdra will crush you anyway and Nite isn't worth a move for it specifically. HP Grass helps hit bulky waters, especially Swampert, who as you said poses a problem for this team. You want a Mild nature, not Modest, as you're hurting the damage that Explosion does with that nature.

Thanks for all your responses, i´ll take them into consideration.

But Juan, I wont be usinf Shadow Sneak, I know that it has guranteed priority, but if I predict status, Focus Punch will be my move. Focus Punch goes before Roar, Dusknoir does´nt care about paralizis too much, he´s already slow. Toxic can be healed off by Cresselias Lunar Dance : )
