First RMT, looking for some feedback.

Been playing around with this team for a little bit now and looking to see what I could be doing better.

Grenenja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- U-Turn

This guy is first in the battle and used as a scout. His high speed lets him attack first against almost everything and I can use U-Turn to switch into a more appropriate counter or I will STAB Ice Beam or Hydro Pump. I pretty much only use Hydro Pump and Ice Beam if I am sure it will kill the enemy, since Greninja almost always dies to any attack.

Noivern @ Deep Sea Tooth
Ability: Inflitrator
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
- Hurricane

Kind of a special sweeper, I bring this guy out whenever I have something that needs to die by fire or dragon attacks, and stays out to use Boomburst and Hurricane to sweep most things. I'm looking for a better item than Deep Sea Tooth but it's all I have right now. Considering Wide Lense to up Hurricane's accuracy.

Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- King's Guard
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

This guy tends to be both a physical wall and a physical sweeper. Swords Dancing once or twice will let him OHKO a lot of things with either Sacred Sword or Shadow Sneak. If Sacred Sword doesn't do the job than Shadow Sneak will finish them off with priority. I've thought about using Iron Head instead of Sacred Sword but so far it has been working alright.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Protect
- Toxic

Pretty standard Toxic stall setup. Get him out, Substitute then Toxic, maybe the other way around, then Protect or Earthquake as needed, healing with Toxic Orb and re-using Substitute when needed. Does the job well enough, just need to avoid anyone with Ice Beam.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Calm Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Wave
- Dragon Tail

My Special Wall with some nice attacking capabilities. With Assault Vest Goodra's Special Defense is amazing even without EVs in it. Thunderbolt is great against flyers and water types and also just a great source of damage. Sludge Wave is my best way to deal with fairies. Draco Meteor is a nice, high damage STAB attack to finish off things that really need to die. Dragon Tail is great utility to get rid of things I can't deal with at the moment.

Mega Heracross @ Heracrossinite

- Close Combat

The big hitter. Mega Heracross hits like a truck hauling a ton of bricks. With Skill Link all the 5 hit attacks are pretty devastating and Close Combat rarely leaves it's victim alive. Unfortunately he loses some speed when going mega so I decided to put EVs into HP instead, allowing him to survive most attacks as long as they aren't flying type. I've been considering swapping Bullet Seed for Bulk Up to add more defense and hitting power to set up bigger sweeps. I also think about Arm Thrust instead of Close Combat to get rid of the debuffs. Its significantly less power than Close Combat but with how high his attack is it should still kill most things weak to it. And it gets past Sturdy, which is nice.

I'm not looking to change my team members too much but am definitely open to opinions on it. I mainly want to hear about movesets and strategies. Also need a better item choice for Noivern. Thanks for any help, all comments are welcome.
