First RMT: Toxic Spikes...or not?

Hey everyone. I've been using a team on Shoddy that is supposed to be based around Toxic Spikes, but still does OK if they aren't set (which happens often). It's worked fairly well, and most times I've lost from hax or Pokemon that my team can't really handle. So here's the team:
---
Roserade (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Standard Roserade for TSpikes and sleep. Can scare off/disable a large number of leads, but sadly has to switch out from others (e.g. Infernape). Grass Knot for STAB, HP Fire to hit Steels. Walled by Fire and Dragon types, but I rarely keep her in such situations.
---
Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/140 Atk/116 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Will-o-wisp
- Sucker Punch
- Pain Split

Provides super useful Normal/Fighting immunity, and counters most Psychics and Ghosts with little hassle, especially Deoxys-S. I haven't encountered many people who expect both Pursuit and Sucker Punch on the same set, so once I use one I can usually switch to the other. Will-o-wisp disables a good number of Pokemon immune to TSpikes, and Pain Split to heal/stall better. I'm thinking Taunt might be needed to stop set-up, but I've no clue where it ought to go.
---
Weavile (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit

Cleans up weakened opponents, and with good coverage. Both Shard and Punch are on here to deal with DDancers/Scarfers and have a stronger move to nail Dragons. I've been thinking of Night Slash to have a stronger move against Cresselia, but 4-slot syndrome strikes again.
---
Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/52 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Surf
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

My team is 3x Fire weak, so a bulky water is almost required. Stealth Rock for a very useful setup move. Stone Edge and EQ provide good coverage, and Surf hits OUs that resist it (Skarm/Zong) harder than Waterfall. Acts as a physical wall, but I find that it usually can't last long enough.
---
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/96 Spd/160 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Hidden Power [Ice]

A bulky Ground-immune that can stall and hit fairly hard - Zapdos does that pretty well. Sub/Roost to waste PP and force death by TSpikes, with pseudo BoltBeam for coverage. Does its job well in my opinion.
---
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 216 Atk/252 Spd/40 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Swords Dance
- Extremespeed
- Close Combat
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Mixcario FTW. Recommended to me during the tutoring program, this guy is needed to hit things fairly hard. Acts as a standard SDLuke, but packs HP Ice to bring down Pokemon like Gliscor/Mence that expect to wall the standard set (provided they aren't +Speed). Doesn't last long, so I bring it out late game to blaze through a large chunk of the opposing team.

Threat List:
Tyranitar - Leads are scared by Roserade, countered by Swampert.
Gyarados - "Countered" by Swampert w/ Stone Edge, or burned by Spiritomb.
Infernape - Swampert can handle physical versions, Zapdos might be able to stall out special/mix ones.
Azelf - Spiritomb/Weavile.
Electivire - Swampert.
Heracross - Not sure, never actually fought one.
Salamence - Mostly need to rely on revenge killing for this guy, especially Specsmence.
Togekiss - Zapdos resists its moves of choice, and outspeeds.
Gengar - Spiritomb/Weavile.
Garchomp - Swampert can take hits, but I mostly revenge kill with one of 4 Ice moves.
Lucario - Swampert....again. Zapdos takes hits fairly well too.
Starmie - Spiritomb/Weavile.
Weavile - Swampert takes hits easily.
Dugtrio - No counters, but most of my guys can stop it quickly (IceShard/SuckerPunch/Extremespeed) or take a hit to strike back (Swampert).
Machamp - Spiritomb can switch into Dynamicpunch to drain its PP, and...not sure.
Snorlax - Curselax is a big problem. Usually have to sleep it and CC to death.
Zapdos - Another big problem. I usually end up in stall-fest with my own Zapdos.
Suicune - Hope I sleep it or something before it gets too many CMs.
Breloom - Zapdos resists its attacks, and has HP Ice. Can also Sub to prevent being slept.
Metagross - Swampert takes its hits well and responds with Earthquake, Zapdos can stall it.
Heatran - Need Swampert for this.
Jirachi - Spiritomb does decently against it, but doesn't do much damage to it.
Dragonite - Never fought one, but probably Zapdos w/ HP Ice.
Mamoswine - Swampert?
Gallade - Burn with Spiritomb?
Yanmega - Speedboost ones that have too many boosts can be handled with Ice Shard, Zapdos otherwise.
Kingdra - Hope to sleep it before it sets up Rain Dance, or otherwise nothing really takes its hits.
Roserade - Never fought one, but Zapdos I suppose?
Scizor - Zapdos handles its attacks well, and threatens with Tbolt.
Blissey - Lucario scares it off, Zapdos could stall it. Weavile can also revenge kill.
Celebi - Roserade stops Leech Seed, otherwise Spiritomb/Weavile.
Vaporeon - Zapdos does heavy damage w/ Thunderbolt, and can Sub/Roost stall.
Skarmory - Zapdos can't stop it setting up, but can scare it away.
Jolteon - Swampert I suppose?
Magnezone - Swampert, and the only Steel it'll trap (Lucario) can outspeed and KO with CC.
Hippowdon - Swampert, or Grass Knot revenge kill.
Spiritomb - Hit it a lot with my own Spiritomb or something.
Dusknoir - Spiritomb, but Burn will be a problem.
Cresselia - Oh dear. None on my team can do enough damage quickly to it, and it can status/set-up/whatever easily against the team. Major problem.
Gliscor - Surf by Swampert, or HP Ice elsewhere.
Forretress - Swampert, HP Fire by Roserade to kill (or Zapdos).
Tentacruel - Swampert needed.

The biggest problems I see would include: depending too much on Swampert for lots of things, Cresselia, and no Pokemon who can really deal huge amounts of damage quickly. I welcome your suggestions.

I really don't see any problems with this team. Taunt on Spiritomb, I don't really feel it, mainly because it's not a lead, to stop things like Bronzong, but you could try it over Sucker Punch or Pursuit, whichever one you think that isn't helping you out with Deoxys. I don't see why carry Ice Punch and Ice Shard on Weavile, Ice Shard still hits hard, so I would go Night Slash > Ice Punch, you should be able to handle Cresselia with that. Heracross can give you problems, but unlike Lucario, most Heracross carry Stone Edge, with one mispreiction you can lose Zapdos, which isn't really safe to be gambling like that. I would just replace Swampert with a Gliscor, that should fix the holes with most physical power houses.

Opposing Weaviles can mean problems, but you should be able to handle them with WoW on Spiritomb.

I'm thinking Taunt might be needed to stop set-up, but I've no clue where it ought to go.

Put it over Pursuit if you want it on Spiritomb. Taunt/Sucker Punch work hand in hand: Taunt forces them to attack, SP only works IF they attack, which they'll have to. If they switch against this strategy, someone else eats Toxic Spikes.

This is true, but the PP becomes a huge huge issue. I went special with my spiritomb and went with taunt\dark pulse, and it worked alrite. Taunt overall disapointed me though, spiritomb's glory days on my team were with the set you currently have.
