This is my first RMT. It's basically what I've been using on Shoddy for the past few days in Standard. Three UU and three NU. Hope you like it.

Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 194 HP/252 Atk/64 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Extremespeed
- Flare Blitz
- Thunder Fang
- Toxic
Arcanine is a pretty solid lead. Intimidate + the HP EVs allow it to take some hits from super effective moves from most leads. This is the basic anti-lead with HP grass replaced with thunder fang to take Aerodactyl and surprised Gyarados. Basic plan against common leads:
1. Azelf - Flare blitz usually takes it to sash on the SR, and extremespeed to finish him.
2. Metagross - Flare blitz hurts...if occa berry, then the next hit will finish him
3. Jirachi - Weak to fire...considering course of action...if scarfed, it resists everything anyway
4. Aerodactyl - Usually I flare blitz on the SR so they won't switch, then go for the thunder fang to finish him. Pray he doesn't flinch you on a rock slide
5. Swampert - Toxic on the SR. Then switch, mostly
6. Ninjask - Flare blitz until subs take it to about half health, then finish with an extremespeed before it can pass
7. Roserade - Flare blitz to activate sash, lum berry will absorb sleep powder. Then extremespeed for the kill.
8. Smeargle - Same as Roserade. Lots of people rage quit after their Smeargle goes down this way.
9. Hippowdon - Not much I can do here but toxic on the SR and switch out.
10. Bronzong - If it's foolish enough to stay in to SR, usually Flare Blitz is a OHKO. Otherwise, it's a 2HKO, which is ok.
11. Infernape - Let Infernape Fake Out me. Usually, it doesn't really have anything to harm me, though. Extremespeed on the SR. Then again on the CC. Intimidate should let me survive one CC. By that time, if it hasn't already gone down, one more ES on -1 Def should be enough.

Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power Fighting
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
Espeon is like my all time favorite pokemon. It gets decent coverage with these moves, and is crazy fast. Set up with some calm minds and it can sweep pretty easily. I dislike how weak Espeon is frail physically, but it can take special attacks. Also, I like how it can match up with Latias and Cresselia.
-----

Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Toxic
EVs are for a SpD wall, although he can take physical attacks. Toxic stalls most pokemon and EQs the ones that can't be hit with toxic. Only weakness is grass, which is not all that common. Good switch against trickers. Actually, a good switch on practically anything. I can usually count on Gastrodon to switch in on basically any unboosted move.

Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Zen Headbutt
Basic CB Tauros, the physical sweeper of the team. I don't quite understand why Tauros is NU. It's fast and it hits really hard. Also, it takes physical attacks pretty well, especially with the intimidate. I've used a LO Tauros in the past with the same set, and I still can't decide whether I prefer CB over LO. The recoil from LO can be annoying because I like Tauros to survive, but CB Tauros is pretty predictable.

Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spd
Impish Nature
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
Physical wall. Probably the best one in UU. The chople berry is cool for letting me survive a CC from Lucario to paralyze it and take superpower from Scizor. Heal Bell is very nice for team support. For some reason, I haven't been able to kick my reliance on Miltank. It can just thunder wave enemies and seismic toss them all. It was tough to choose between thick fat and scrappy. I like being able to hit Gengar, but switching in on a Scarftran's Fire Blast is invaluable. I decided to go thick fat because of the help it gave me on the special side against ice beam and flamethrower.

Ability: Static
EVs: 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power Ice
An amazing special sweeper. Manectric is surprisingly fast, and these moves give very nice coverage. Scizor usually doesn't see the flamethrower coming. Also, the subs help with avoiding status and explosions. I like Manectric because its such a great pokemon to send out on Scizor. It resists BP and it can just sub up and flamethrower for the OHKO. Manectric has trouble against Ttar, Swampert, Gastrodon, Quagsire, and Lanturn. Otherwise, it does pretty well. HP Ice vs. HP Grass has always been tough, because HP Grass lets me hit those aforementioned pokemon pretty hard, as well as letting me at least 2HKO Rhyperior, who is 3HKO by HP Ice. However, HP Ice lets me take down Salamence, Dnite, and Flygon, who are all very common.

Noticeably, there is no water type on this team. I've never been able to decide between a water type and Manectric. Mostly Smogon sets, but the pokemon are rather uncommon in OU.
