First of all, with your team as it is, I would defenitely run Wish on Chansey. 3 of your Pokemon (Blastoise, Heatran, Chesnaught) have no recovery, and need to rely on Wish passing to stay alive, so it's defenitely something you want.

A few things can really cause trouble for you : Gengar with Taunt can beat pretty much everything on your team 1v1 and looks really hard to handle. Grass Knot Metagross also looks really thretening since it can hit both of your bulky waters very hard and deal huge amounts of damage to the rest of your team. Now, there isn't a single Pokemon which handles these 2 Pokemon at once. However, SpD Gliscor does a decent job at checking both. Even though both of these Pokemon can hit them with Ice coverage, if they do that they can't deal with another member of your team : if Gengor runs Icy Wind it can't beat Chansey, and if Metagross runs Ice Punch it can't beat Quagsire. Metaor Mash does hit Gliscor fairly hard though, so make sure to play around Metagross if you need to.
Gliscor is imo a great addition to your team for another reason : it gives you a stallbreaker, which is necesssary if you want to beat opposing stall teams. It's also a reliable Sableye counter thanks to Swords Dance, and although Cresselia can Skill Swap Sableye and Toxic it, Sableye can quite easily switch out of the obvious Toxic. As for what to remove for it, I think Mega Blastoise is the least important member of your team, since, although it provides hazard removal, it doesn't wall much and lacks recovery, which means that it's not the bets choice on a stall team like this.

However, you do need a hazard remover, and fortunately, there exist a much better hazard remover for this kind of team : Mega Latias. It fits very easily in Cresselia's place, since it beats most of what Cresselia beats besides Sableye, which Gliscor already beats, and Clefable, which, if Magic Guard is handled by SD Gliscor, and if Unaware is handled by Toxic Heatran. It also deals with other stuff like Keldeo and Thundurus even better, takes Knock Offs much more easily and has Reflect Type to avoid being Pursuit trapped. Mega Latias also helps against Rain Dance Manaphy which can give you a pretty hard time. I know Defog removes your own hazard too which you don't neccesarily want, but trust me, it's worth it.

One last thing I'll mention is that Taunt Mega Gardevoir looks like a huge threat, so maybe you could try running Jirachi over Hetaran. Jirachi has the advantage of being able to run Wish so you don't need Chansey to do that for you if you use it. however it it's a poorer rock setter than Heatran (though you can actually fit Stealth Rocks on Chansey instead if you want) and renders you much weaker to Serperior and Pursuit trappers, so it's up to you.

so essentially, MLatias and Gliscor > MBlastoise and Cresselia, and maybe Jirachi > Heatran
