Hi everyone, this is my first rate my team, i'm beginner on competitive pokemon also my english is bad, so i'll try my best for u guys understand what i'm saying.

Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Psyshock
- Thunder Wave
Why Slowbro? Well Slowbro is my favorite Pokemon, and i would try make a team with him. I want him as defense wall, so i went for standard Slowbro on BW. He can hold Mega-Charizar X, Mega-Garchom/Garchomp, Heatran, Landorus I/T, Mega-Gyarados/Gyarados pretty well and i love his trait.
Amoonguss (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 52 SAtk / 116 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Spore
- Clear Smog
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Amoonguss and Slowbro i think its a great regenerator combo. I went for standard Amoonguss BW because i think works pretty well. I dont have much to say about why i put Amoonguss on team, he combo well with slowbro and cover some of slowbro weakness.
Snorlax (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 Def / 200 SDef / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
-Pursuit Ice Punch
-Fire Punch Counter
I thought Snorlax would be cool because with spore and thunder wave on team and his body slam would be easy for him carry. He take 2HKO from secret sword aegislash, but he can shutdown with one earthquake, isnt a 100% counter of aegis, its a predict game, because the fact he is normal type is very good against aegis, i just have to go on Shadow Ball/Shadow Sneak. If aegis have king shield would be hard to beat with snorlax.
Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost
I replaced Hitmotop for Latio, because i need a sweeper on my team, and Latios did great, his thunderbolt against manaphy and Charizar-Y the big threads for this team, and is good sweeping. Thanks guys for helping me with that.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Defog
Zapdos is cool on this team because cover some weakness of the rest of the team, has Defog for clean hazards and can hold Mega-Pinsir, Bisharp, and others threads.
Togekiss (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Dazzling Gleam
- Heal Bell
- Roost
Togekiss is my healer and checker for Dragons. Heal Bell is nice for clean some toxic or other status, and Air Slash works nice because thunder waves from Slowbro and Body Slam from Snorlax and she is bulky too.
Thread List:
I make some matches with team, i cant note all threads, because sometimes was my stupids mistakes as player who make me lose against that pokemon or whatever.
But some of dangerous Threads for this team is Manaphy and Mega-Charizar Y. Lately i'll put more.
This is it, i aceppt any sugestion, because its the first team i make and i just want improve on teambuilder :3
