Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash
Jolly (Spe+, SpA-), Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Taunt
Superpower
Thanks to Deoxys now being out of Uber for the time being, I decided to make him my lead for this team. He lays down the usual entry hazards, Stealth Rock and Spikes. He can lay down at least 2 hazards before he dies if the opponent lacks a priority move. Taunt is there to prevent the opposing Pokemon from setting up or laying down entry hazards. If for some reason he is still alive, he uses Superpower untill he gets killed.

Cottonee @ Evolite
Careful (SpD+, SpA-), Prankster
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpD
Cotton Guard
Toxic
Leech Seed
Substitute
I was a bit skeptical about this set up at first, but I thought I would try it out. Thanks to Prankster, Cottonee will always move first with this moveset. Cotton Guard, coupled with Evolite and Prankster, will allow me to immediately boost my Defense to astronomical levels. Toxic and Leach Seed are on to stall the opponent out, and I can lay down Substitutes to further stall and annoy my opponent, using the HP I get from Leech Seed to build my subs.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Timid (Spe+, Atk-), Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Quiver Dance
Bug Buzz
Fiery Dance
Hurricane
My special attacker on this team. Quiver Dance lets me raise my SpA, SpD, and Spe to start destroying. Bug Buzz and Fiery Dance give to 2 powerful STAB attacks, the latter giving me a SpA boost. Although the SpA boost from Fiery Dance is random, it can be helpful in times where I can't get off a Quiver Dance. Hurricane is there for a powerful attack that may confuse the opponent, potentially wrecking their set-up and allowing me a free attack or Quiver Dance boost.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Timid (Spe+, Atk-), Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Spe
Recover
Rapid Spin
Thunderbolt
Surf
Starmie is here to make sure Volcarona isn't destroyed by Stealth Rock. Recover, combined with Leftovers and her bulk, lets Starmie take hits and live much longer. Rapid Spin is, obviously, for clearing away any hazards. Thunderbolt and Surf also give me good coverage, and can scare away any Ghost types who think they can block my Rapid Spin. Natural Cure also lets me switch in and eat a status effect.

Virizion @ Life Orb
Jolly (Spe+, SpA-), Justified
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Leaf Blade
My physical attacker on this team. She has great coverage with her moves. Swords Dance lets me set up, getting in maybe one or 2. Close Combat and Leaf Blade are both incredible STAB attacks, although I will have to be wary of Close Combat's defense drop. Stone Edge gives her a powerful attack that lets her deal with her massive Flying weakness

Sigiliph @ Flame Orb
Timid (Spe+, Atk-), Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Def, 56 Spe
Cosmic Power
Stored Power
Roost
Psycho Shift
I love this Pokemon. Cosmic Power lets me take a ton of hits, while Stored Power lets me smash things after a bunch of Cosmic Power boosts. Roost keeps me alive, and Psycho Shift lets me pass my burn around.
So how does this team look? Any comments? Suggestions?
