This is my first post to RMT so I hope I didn't do anything wrong anyways thank you in advanced for looking at my team :D
So, I have been testing this team out lately and its done pretty well on Showdown and I've found it tends to do well against sand teams not too well against rain. Still I find this team pretty standard just looking for opinions and things i should tweak.
Garchomp @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Outrage
- Earthquake
Garchomp on this team is the main attacker often used for late game sweeping and is all around suitable for this team as he is very fast and can kill most dragons excluding Salamance (Starmies Ice Beam), Latias and Latios (Crobat counters most of the time).
Crobat @ Black Sludge
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Taunt
Running as the typical lead for my team Crobat is very fast and can screw with many of your opponents leads with Taunt and can instantly U-turn out or hit him with that STAB Brave Bird. I find Crobat also great because he is sometimes used as a Psychic type counter and a Fighting type counter.
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- Body Slam
- Substitute
Jirachi is great on this team as he can take many hits and is also used as a Ferrothorn, Forretress, and Scizor counter with Fire Punch. Also a great switch in for dragons as for most fire attacks will still 2HKO.
Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Speed
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
Oh Starmie. I'm still deciding whether the SpD set would run better on this team or not but I find Starmie to be great on this team with both. I find this one a bit better because he can be a great revenge killer and has good coverage moves such as Ice Beam and Thunderbolt and I'm also using it as my Spinner.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Speed
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Substitute
- Toxic
Gliscor seems to do well on this team I haven't established what its purpose is but it seems to run very well. I have gotten much better at now predicting the Ice Beams and HP Ice and switching in Ferrothorn or Jirachi but i'll admit once your only left with Gliscor and Garchomp against a Landorus there are problems but yeah I find Gliscor to be overall a great member of this team.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rocks
- Gyro Ball
Ferrothorn is a threat and he is my entry hazard user. I have found that he can take many hits and iron Barbs has been great for withering down those low HP Pokemon. I think his two strong STAB moves also are a force to be reckoned with Ferrothorn seems to usually fair great against every sort of team.
