ORAS OU First RMT

I've just created my account here since I've decided to ask for help. Keeping things simple, I'm looking to build 5 teams around my 3 favorites pokemon: Mega Gallade, Mega Lucario and Mega Swampert. To avoid creating multiple threads I'll post all the teams here; so to sum up I'm looking for an OU and Double OU MeGallade team, an OU and Double OU Mega Swampert team and a Double OU Mega Lucario team

I'll start with OU MeGallade Team

Bisharp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Pursuit
The first part of the core. Main purpose it's to give momentum in order for Gallade to sweep. Knock Off is for predicted switches. Sucker Punch is a form of priority to 1v1 choice users, setup sweepers, anything with over 70 base speed. Sucker Punch can be used in order to kill Char Y, Lati's, Talonflame and more. Pursuit is able to keep people in favourable 1v1s or KOing them on the switch. And Iron head is the fairy killing coverage move that hits like a truck.

Gallade (M) @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch
The centre of my team. Gallades purpose is to set up and sweep, although with 110 base speed, decent 95/115 defenses and a MASSIVE 165 base attack it often doesn't have to set up as mainly a late game sweeper it does fine on its own for the early game. Close Combat is a rediculously powerful stab move capable of 1HKOing a lot of Pokemon that dont resist it. Innerfocus is not the greatest ability but it helps me deal with pesky Lead-punnys by being able to take the fake out and OHKO in return with a CC (note gallade can take a return from lopunny as well so although punny outspeeds it HAS to switch or else it dies). Zen Headbutt is my secondary stab for hitting Keldeo, Mega Venasaur, Keldeo, Amoongus, Keldeo, Conkelldur, Keldeo. Ice Punch is for pesky dragons. Knock Off is not being ran because Bisharp has it and I felt Ice Punch and Zenbutt were more important.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Pain Split
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
Physically defensive water type with Will-O-Wisp and Volt Switch. Rotom is on my team to switch into both Landorus and Talonflame who greatly threaten most of my team. It also deals with less threatening but still worth my time Pokemon such as Greninja and Gliscor. Volt Switch gives a lot of momentum and more times than not gives me a free switch into Bisharp or Gallade to wreck some face in. Will-O-Wisp is to burn physical attackers. Painsplit is my form of recovery, normally after painsplitting im back at like 80%. Rotom is seriously awesome and helps a lot with physical Pokemon.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Tailwind
Choice Band Talonflame. U-Turn gives a rediculous amount of momentum: it lets me get a lot of free switches and free defogs / WoWs from Latias and Rotom respectively and it lets me deal with incoming enemy Rotoms. Brave Bird is the priority flying move that hits like a truck theres not much to say about it. Flare Blitz, although not priorit,y is a 120 BP fire move coming off a CB 12x base speed. Tailwind is very nice since I have a team that works very well with speed. Gallade with Tailwind boost and a Swords Dance can destroy anything in the 4 turns it has to outspeed everything. And Bisharp can Knock Off everything while outspeeding things.

(Latios) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
Latios has 3 jobs for this team. Defog to get rid of hazards, Draco Meteor the shit out of anyone that tries to stop me, and not let Keldeo shit on my whole team's life. Keldeo is a strong force in the meta so having multiple ways to deal with Keldeo is pretty important and a defoger that can take anything Keldeo has and return fire with a Psyshock seems pretty good to me. Honestly in my opinion my team has enough damage as it is so I ran a max HP max Speed set in order to outspeed Keldeo, base 100's while being tanky as well because the special attack EVs are not needed IMO.

Garchomp @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 68 SpD / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock

The EVs give it enough bulk to perfectly take on Thundurus Life Orb HP Ice without dying as well as still keeping more or less good physical bulk. 92 Speed beats out max speed jolly base 70s such as Breloom and Bisharp. Earthquake is the staple move on almost every Garchomp. Dragon Tail forces opponents to randomly switch out, often screwing me over but funny when it connects against a mon like Slowbro-Mega or a Weavile switch-in. Fire Blast hits Scizor and Ferrothorn, which the team has minor issues with for the former and very minor issues with the latter, considering it is merely set up bait for Bisharp and Thundy. And Gallade, for that matter.

On bisharp I would recommend using black glasses as it hides your item and you don't necessarily need lum berry since you aren't using the swords dance variant.

On Latios Life Orb might be reccomended since it will be a stronger force on the field and you have roost to recover that HP back on a predicted switch. But if you feel it is needed switch Latos with Latias as it will provide a better switchin.

Finally i'd would probably use roost > Tailwind as all your threats bar bisharp are incredibly fast and you'll be able to recover damage from stealth rock if you are forced to take it.

I hope you have a nice day
