approved by no one but fuck it no one would possibly deny this from happening anyway

rules are as followed

- bo5
- 3 stock
- battlefield / omega stages only for simplicity
- spectators allowed
- spirits / fs meter / underdog boost off
- humoresque of a little dog is a banned song and you can not play it
- deadlines will be extremely tight and i will be enforcing activity very hard
- signups will be open one week
