The idea of this team was to make a team with mega-t-tar as competitive as possible
Mega t-tar
Not much to say about him, he was the only reason I made this team, as for his set
Crunch is a great STAB move
Stone edge is an EASY 1-ohko on thundurus and other flying types
Earthquake is self explanatory with an attack as high as his
Talonflame
I am a firm believer that you need a good revenge killer in a team and what better killer than talonflame? Talonflame takes care of certain threats such as aegislash(sometimes), mega vena, scizor, ferrothorn to name a few...
Brave bird is a great stab and is his most used move, Sharp beak helps raise the power without hindering any of his other abilities
Flare blitz, also a great stab
Roost is only used when i suspect a switch or when he needs to be healed due to rocks or recoil
Keldeo,(Note, I don't see a need for scald but most builds run it... is it really worth it? what do i get rid of?)I don't know what it is but keldeo is a pokemon that always finds his way in my teams, In my opinion he is easily the best water type and also the best fighting type. Handling threats such as heatran, dragons in general and even ferrothorn. His specs hydro pump is an easy 60% on almost anything and.
Hydro pump, great stab, good damage, good enough accuracy
Icy wind kills dragons hopes and dreams, the speed drop is also nice
hidden power flying, really only there for mega vena or if i ever need to kill another keldeo.
Secret sword, AMAZING STAB, MVP move. the sole reason why alakazam can be used. Bisharp and ty-tar are no match.
Thundurus, it seems everyone has there own thundurus. he stuns everyone and is a pain to kill, with keldeo dealing with most stone edge users he is extra effective in this slot
Thunder wave, when in doubt, paralyze you're opponent... any threats... not anymore
Thunderbolt because thunder always misses... Great damage and STAB
Taunt, you wanna set up... sucks to suck
hidden power ice, super predictable however... still gets the job done with most ground threats.
Alakazam, I really dont know why... but really... why not...
a threat to every team, he really just fills in what I need to specific match ups
focus blast, come here tyranitar i dare you, face a focus blast... you cant...
psyshock, the only reason why alakazam is good to be honest... amazing stab moves... kills all super effective mons, rips others to bits.
signal beam good against psychic pokemon I guess... thats a about it(don't know what else to run)
hidden power fire 1 reason only, I HATE AEGISLASH
Skarmory, i needed a rocker, a defogger for talonflame and a wall. out came skarmory
stealth rock because i need them
whirlwind because you aint setting up bro
toxic because its amazing
defog because talonflame is 4x weak against rocks
here comes the recap... the team overall is great and is super offensive, if you guys have an suggestions as to what I can change or any weaknesses this team might have please post them below, Thanks :D
