Here is my first team, I wanted to base the team around mega t-tar and this is what I came up with, if you have an suggestions comment them below thanks. :D

It would help if you expanded upon why you have certain pokes for your team. A 3 line description of what the pokemon does on a regular basis. Who leads your team on a normal basis and why? Why did you have a certain Pokemon fill a certain role? This will help people who rate your team understand your mindset and what you're looking for in order to give a more valid critique and make suggestions along the lines of "Yeah, you have Pokemon X with item X filling that role but I think Pokemon Y item Y will serve your team a lot better."

Onto your team itself, to me it looks solid. I would replace Toxic with Roost to aid in survivability and place Rocky Helmet onto Skarmory to punish obvious physical attacking situations. As it stands, if you throw Toxic onto a pokemon you have no way to either stall it out and survive. Additionally, there is absolutely no reason to use Keen Eye in this metagame, especially when Skarmory has no attacking moves. Sturdy is a much better option.

With your Talonflame, it needs to have Gale Wings to outspeed other pokemon who would attempt to revenge kill it and give Priority Roosts.
